SmallCOMPRESSOR

Compressorrefrigerationsystemisthecoreandtotherefrigerationsystemcapabilitiesandfeatures.Thispapernotonlyenergyefficient,noiseandvibrationandrefrigerationagentanalyzedsmallrefrigerationcompressortechnicalperformance,Analysisalsorecentyears,thenew,specialsmallcompressormainfeatureforussmallrefrigerationcompressorfuturedevelopmenttrendoflayingatechnologicalfoundation.

Asweallknow,thecompressorrefrigerationsystemisthecoreandasense,thecoolingsystemdesignandmatchingofthecompressoristheabilitydemonstrated.Therefore,countriesintheworldareallintherefrigerationindustryrefrigerationcompressorresearchinvestedatremendousamountofenergy,newresearchdirection,andresearchresultscontinuetoemerge.Compressortechnologyandperformancelevelwitheachpassingday.

1.AcompressorEfficiencyStudy

Compressorrefrigerationsystemisthecoreenergycomponents,improvetheefficiencyofrefrigerationsystemsofthemostdirectandeffectivemeansistoincreasetheefficiencyofthecompressor,Itwillbringtheenergyconsumptiondecreasedsignificantly.Moreover,canonlyavoidthesystemtakemeasures(suchassimplyincreasingofmaterialsincreased.Inrecentyears,asworldenergyshortagesituationworsensdaybyday,moreandmoreattentiontovariousenergy-savingworktheenergyefficiencyofproductsmadebytheever-increasingdemands.Duetolossessuchasfriction,leakage,ofexistence,Compressorworkfarbelowtheactualefficiencyoftheoreticalefficiency.Therefore,fromatheoreticalpointofview,anyreductioninalossofarbitrarymeasurestoimprovetheefficiencyofthecompressor.Theobjectivefacts,width,researchtopicsandresultsvaried.

Onthecurrentinternationalenergy-efficientcompressorsresearchconcentratedmainlyinafewareas:

researchlubricationpropertiesCompressorpartsofthefrictionbearingstoreducefrictioncharacteristicsofpower,improvetheefficiencyofthecompressor;reduceleakagelossestoimprovetheefficiencyofthecompressor;usingfrequencymodulationtechnologyorrefrigerationsystemthroughtheeffortwiththeuserloadtomatchthebestenergysavingInthisregardtheparticularfrequencytechnologyrelativelymaturewellknownandnotrepeatthemoldtopicbutitisalsoaneternaltopic,ImprovementofthevalvedesignedtoimprovetheefficiencyofthecompressoralsoNagamochiendlessthisareamanytimes,fromthevalvematerial,sportslaw,optimizingthestructureoftheapplicabletheory,exhaustivetestingmethods.Inshort,energy-savingcompressorsontheresearchinrecentyearsindustryfirstrecentyears,domesticrefrigerationcompressorindustrytostudyenergy-savingproductsarealsogivinggreatconcern.Progresslargerproductsmainlyrefrigeratorcompressorindustry.InChinaefficientrefrigeratorsGEFprojectstopromoteandsupport,boththeenterprisesforenergy-efficientproductsistheunderstandingoftheperformanceofrefrigeratorcompressorslosses,andachievedgreatresults.Themainproblemisthelackofdomesticenterprisescurrentlyfreetechnology,thetechnologytechnologyinfrastructurealsounconscious,northeinterest,andthisrestrictsthedevelopmentoftechnologicalcapacity.

Relativetotherefrigeratorcompressorindustry,domesticenergy-efficientair-conditioningcompressorstudyitwasnotperturbed,Overtheyearstheefficiencyofthecompressorisnosubstantivechange,greatermarketdemandmakesmostoftheair-conditioningcompressorenterpriseswillconcentrateonexpandingproductionon.WiththenationontheairconditionerenergyefficiencystandardssetforthefurtherimprovementofChina'sairconditionerexportsvariousperilsofshowing,domesticair-conditioningcompressorofthisshort-sightedenterpriseswillbeunabletoadapttotheenergy-savingdevelopmentofthesituation.Enterprisealsoonthefollow-upisweak.

2.Compressornoiseandvibrationstudy

Currently,thenoiseregardedasoneoftheseriouspollution.Householdrefrigerationequipmentasthesourceofpowerandcompressornoise,tobeameasureofitsperformanceasanimportantindicator.Infact,toacompressorspeaking,Mostofthenoiseisduetoshellbysomenoisefromthesourceexcitation(suchassprings,refrigerantpressurepulsation,exhaustpipe,lubricantsetc.excited).Butcompressornoisesourcesandpathwayscomplexanddiverse,whichgivesthecompressornoisesilencerbroughtgreatdifficulties.
