PART1:

GENERALISSUES

1.DEFINITIONS

Exceptasotherwisedefinedhereinorasthecontextmayotherwiserequire,anycapitalizedtermusedinthisAppendixGshallhavethemeaninggivensuchterminthePowerPurchaseAgreement（the"Agreement"）towhichthisAppendixGisattachedandofwhichitisapart.

AreferenceinthisAppendixGtoanAttachmentshallbe,unlessotherwisestated,toanAttachmenttothisAppendixG.

2.PAYMENTSTRUCTURE

TheelectricityunitpricetobepaidforNetDependableCapacityandNetElectricalOutputshallconsistoftwoparts,asfollows:

（a）CapacityPayment

ThispartoftheelectricityunitpriceshallrepresentpaymentforNetDependableCapacityofUnit1andUnit2orPlantCapacityandshallconsistofComponentAandComponentB,eachsuchcomponenttobecalculatedasprovidedin"PartTwo:

PaymentFormulas."

PaymentforNetDependableCapacityshallalsoconsistofComponentE,ifany,suchcomponenttobecalculatedasprovidedin"PartTwo:

PaymentFormulas."

（b）EnergyPayment

ThispartoftheelectricityunitpriceshallrepresentpaymentforNetElectricalOutputofUnit1andUnit2orPlantCapacityandshallconsistofComponentCandComponentD,eachsuchcomponenttobecalculatedasprovidedin"PartTwo:

PaymentFormulas."

Inadditiontothetwo-partelectricityunitprice,supplementalpaymentsasdescribedinAttachmentEshallbepayable.

3.STRUCTUREOFCOMPONENTAPAYMENT

ComponentAoftheCapacityPaymentshallbecalculatedonthebasisofaconstantCapitalCostRecoveryChargeRatefromthebeginningofContractYear1totheendoftheContractTerm,asgiveninAttachmentA.

4.PERFORMANCECRITERIA

TheformulasforpaymentsetforthinPart2（the"PaymentFormulas"）includefactorsrelatedtotheperformanceofthePlant.Thederivationoftheseperformancefactorsisasfollows:

AFa

PerformanceofthePlantduringeachBillingPeriodshallbemeasured,inpart,throughthecalculationofanactualavailabilityfactor（AFa）,expressedasapercentage,forsuchBillingPeriod,whichshallbecomparedwiththeProjectedAvailabilityFactor（AFpm）,expressedasapercentage,forsuchBillingPeriod.

ThecalculationofAFa,foreachBillingPeriodshallbebasedupon

i）actualkWhproductionduringsuchBillingPeriod,derivedfromreadingsofrecorderdevicesattachedtothekWhmeters;

ii）actualdispatchcredithoursduringsuchBillingPeriod,derivedfromoperatorlogbookentries;and

iii）deemedDispatchordeemedprovisionofNetDependableCapacitycredithoursduringsuchBillingPeriod,calculatedasprovidedintherelevantsectionoftheAgreementgoverningsuchdeemedDispatchordeemedprovisionofNetDependableCapacity.

ThekWhincludableforanyhourforpurposesofthecalculationofAFashallbelimitedtoamaximumnumberofkWh（MHL）.MHLtobeapplicableduringeachContractYearisspecifiedinAttachmentAandshallbeusedforeachBillingPeriodduringsuchContractYear.

DetailedprovisionsforthecalculationofAFaforeachactualBillingPeriodaresetforthinAttachmentC.

AFpm

ThecalculationofAFpmforeachBillingPeriodshallbebasedupontheprojectedkWhproductionduringsuchBillingPeriod.ForeachBillingPeriodinaContractYear,thisshallbederivedfrom:

（i）theProjectedAvailabilityFactor（AFp）forsuchContractYearassetforthinAttachmentA;

（ii）theagreednumberofscheduledmaintenancehours（SO）forsuchContractYearassetforthinAttachmentA;and

（iii）thenumberofotheranticipatedhoursofunavailabilityduringsuchContractYear（whichshallmean{thenumberofhoursinsuchContractYear}minus{thenumberofhoursinsuchContractYeartimesAFpforsuchContractYear}minus{SOforsuchContractYear}）.

TheAFpforeachContractYearsetforthinAttachmentAshallbeconvertedintoanAFpmforeachBillingPeriodduringsuchContractYearinthemannersetforthbelowsothattheaverageofthetotaloftheAFpm'sforsuchContractYear（i.e.,totalAFpm'sdividedbythenumberofBillingPeriodsintheContractYear;i.e.,12exceptinthecaseofContractYear1andContractYear25asspecifiedintheAttachmentA）willequaltheAFpforsuchContractYear.

TheforegoingconversionshallbeaccomplishedforeachContractYearbyallocatingthetotalnumberofscheduledmaintenancehours（SO）specifiedinAttachmentAforsuchContractYearamongtheBillingPeriodsinsuchContractYearinthemanneragreedbySELLERandPLNinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofSection8.2.1oftheAgreementandbydistributingthebalanceoftheanticipatedhoursofnon-availabilityforsuchContractYear（asdefinedabove）inamanneracceptabletoPLNandSELLERamongtheBillingPeriodsinsuchContractYear.

ThescheduleofAFpm'scalculatedforaContractYearintheforegoingmannershallconstitutethe"AvailabilityAnalysis"forsuchContractYeardefinedintheAgreementandreferredtoinSections8.2.1（c）,（d）,and（e）thereofandshallbesubjecttoadjustmentasprovidedinsuchSections.

OtherFactors

TheCapitalCostRecoveryChargeRates（CCR,CCRTandCCRa）usedinthePaymentFormulasasappliedineachBillingPeriodshallbeadjustedbytheratioofthenumberofhoursintheBillingPeriod（PHm）tothenumberofhoursintheContractYear（PHa）,i.e.,PHm/PHa.

ThefactorusedinthePaymentFormulasforNetDependableCapacity（DC）shallbebaseduponinitialandperiodictestsofNetDependableCapacityinaccordancewiththeproceduressetforthinAppendixJ.ThefactorDConcesodeterminedshallbeusedinthePaymentFormulasuntilDCisagaindeterminedinaccordancewithAppendixJ.Atnotime,however,shallthefactorDCusedduringaContractYear（orportionthereof）exceedthefactorCCspecifiedinAttachmentAtobeapplicableduringsuchContractYear（orportionthereof）.

5.PAYMENTFORMULAS

ThePaymentFormulasincludefactorswhicharesubjecttochangefromtimetotime.AnumberofthesefactorswillchangeinamannerwhichhasbeenspecificallyagreedbySELLERandPLNandthese,astheywillbeineffectfromtimetotime,aresetforthinAttachmentA.Thesefactorsinclude,amongothers,CC,MHL,SO,AFp,P,CCR,CCRT,FOMR,VOMRandCCRa

InapplyingthePaymentFormulasforeachBillingPeriod,thefactorstobeusedshallbe,whereapplicable,thosetobeineffectforsuchBillingPeriodasspecifiedinorderivedfromAttachmentAandshallbe,whereapplicable,adjustedasprovidedinAttachmentB.

6.FOREIGNCURRENCYPORTION

AppendixPoftheAgreementrequiresforeachBillingPeriodthecalculationandseparatestatementoftheForeignCurrencyPortion,whichisspecifiedinAppendixPas"theamountofRupiah…..attributabletoSELLER'sForeignCurrencyCostsfortheapplicableBillingPeriod".Toimplementthis,SELLERandPLNhaveagreedthatforanyProvisionalInvoiceorFinalInvoice,theForeignCurrencyPortionshallmeanthesumofthefollowing:

（i）AllofComponentAinsuchInvoice;

（ii）AllofComponentBinsuchInvoiceminustheamountofRupiahdeterminedbysubstitutingforthevalueFOMRminthePaymentFormulaforComponentBthevalueFOMRLm;

（iii）AllofComponentCinsuchInvoiceminustheamountofRupiahportion,Pm,calculatedaspertheATTACHMENTB–ADJUSTMENTSTOCHARGERATES

（iv）AllofComponentDinsuchInvoiceminustheamountofRupiahdeterminedbysubstitutingforthevalueVOMRminthePaymentFormulaforComponentDthevalueVOMRLm;and

（v）AllofComponentEinsuchInvoice;

（vi）ItemsE.1andItemsE.3asapplicable,ascalculatedinAttachmentEinsuchInvoice.

7.ROUNDINGINCALCULATIONS

InmakingthecalculationsrequiredintheAppendixG,fractionalvaluesshallbecalculatedtofive（5）decimalplaces.
