Overseasstartedinthe1970stodevelopthedevelopmenthydraulicsupportwiththeelectricallycontrolledsystem,inthe80senteredthesubstantiveapplicationstage.Tothe90s,thehydraulicsupportbatterysolutionautomaticcontroltechnologyhadbeenalreadymature,theoperatingperformanceandthereliabilityhavebeenabletosatisfytheoperationrequirements,thusdevelopsveryrapidly,becomesproducesthecoalcountrysynthesistopicktheworkingsurfacehydraulicsupport'sstandardcontrolequipmentdeveloped.Accordingtoincompletestatistics,hadmorethan300synthesestopicktheworkingsurfaceusebatterysolutioncontrolhydraulicsupportatpresent,mainlyconcentratesincountriesandsoonUS,Australia,Germany,China,Slovenia,SouthAfrica,Russia,Poland,Mexico,Canada.AtpresentChinahas131synthesestopicktheworkingsurfaceusebatterysolutioncontrolsystem,thePM31batterysolutioncontrolsystemisthepresentdomesticproducthydraulicsupport'smainstreambatterysolutioncontrolsystem,occupiesthedomesticproducthydraulicsupportbatterysolutioncontrolsystemmarket80%aboveshares.

3、atpresentfacesquestion,reasonandkeytothesituation

Alongwithbatterysolutioncontrolsystem'spromotedapplication,alsohasmetsomequestions,isrestrictingthebatterysolutioncontrolsystem'suseandtheperformancefulldisplay,concretemanifestationinthefollowingseveralaspects:

Atpresentdomesticisnotunifiedtofilterfineness'sdefinitionvariousprofessionsstandard,evensomefilterelementManufacturerandtheuserdonotknowthefilterfinenessthedefinitionmethod,butinternationallyhasseveraldifferentdefinitionmethodsaboutthefilterfineness,Hasthreekindsapproximately:

1)thehydraulicpressurefiltrationtechnologyusestipulation'sexperimentpowder(ISOMTD),theexperimentalstandardisISO16889"AdoptsCut-and-trymethodManytimes".EveryusesISO16889andtheexperimentalpowderisISOMTD,whenstandardfilter'sprecisionindicateswith(C).AfterthistestingmethodisjoinsthepilotsystemtheunificationdensityISOMTDpowder,inthefilterupstreamanddownstreamseparatelytakesasamplethetest,andchoosestheappropriateatleast5kindofparticlesizescope,determineswiththepelletcounterandcounts.Theupstreamsomesizepelletnumbercomparesthedownstreamsamesizepelletnumber,ratioisβ.βthevaluetakes5,20,75,200,2000decidesasenterpriseevaluationfilterlevel(thisratioisfilterefficiency).If5μmpelletupstreamanddownstreamratiois20,thenmayunderstandthatfor5μmthefilterefficiencyis95%.Usuallythelabellingfilterprecisionwrote=20,xfordeterminedβ=20thatparticlesize.

②Filterandsoonautomobile,machineshoptruck,commonequipmentlubrication,fueloilmostlyusetheSAE806bstandard.Itusesthebiggestpelletpassage,theuseglassmicrobeadortheACexperimentpowder,joinsthepowderafterthetestplatformfromthefilterdownstreamsample,thefluidtype(0.8or0.5μm)filtersandcollectsthepelletwiththemilliporefilter,thenexaminedunderthemicroscope.Ifdiscoversthebiggestpelletfor20μm,thenfilterfinenessfor20μm.
