1APPLICATIONANDLIMITATION应用和局限

Thepurposeofthistestguideistoprovideguidelineforspecifyingtherequirementsforthefireresistancefordomesticupholsteredfurniture,furnishingsandotherproductscontainingupholstery.

本测试指南是对家用家具、家居以及衬垫产品的防火要求的使用进行指导。

Thefabricfinishshallbescouredandheatset.Itsmassshallbe220g/m2±5%.

面料将经过洗涤和热处理，克重为220g/m2±5%。

3.8NonFire-RetardantPolyurethaneFoam不阻燃聚氨酯海绵

BS3379规定的B型海绵,硬度为130;密度为20～22kg/m3.

3.9Fire-RetardantPolyurethaneFoam阻燃聚氨酯海绵

通过第一章第一部分的燃烧要求,密度为24～26kg/m3.

4SAMPLEPREPARATION样品准备

4.1Atmosphereforconditioningandtesting平衡和测试环境要求

Alltestspecimenmaterials（exceptcompositefillingsofmattressesandbed-bases）shouldbeconditionedimmediatelybeforethetestfor72hrinindoorambientconditionsandthenforatleast16hrat20±5℃and50±20%RH.Fortesting,asubstantiallydraught-freeenvironmenthavingatemperatureof15~30℃andarelativehumidityof20~70%shallbeused.

所有的测试样品（床垫和床底架的组合填充物除外）先在室内环境放置72小时，然后在温度为20±5℃，湿度为50±20%的环境中平衡至少16小时.测试环境要求空气充分流通，温度为15~30℃，湿度为20~70%.

Forcompositefillingsofmattressesandbed-bases（Schedule2PartIV）,thespecimensshouldbeconditionedforatleast16hrat23±2℃and50±5%RH.Andthetestshouldbecarriedoutin10-30℃and15-80%RH.

对于床垫和床底架的组合填充物，在温度为23±2℃，湿度为50±5%的环境中平衡至少16小时.测试环境要求空气充分流通，温度为10-30℃，湿度为15-80%.

4.2WaterSoakingProcedure水洗程序

Forinterliner,visiblepartsandstretchcover（Schedule3,Schedule4PartI,Schedule5PartIandII）only,anycoveringfabricorfire-barrierfabricwhichhasbeentreatedwithafire-retardanttoreducetheignitabilityofupholstery,beforeitisconditionedpriortotesting,shouldbesubjectedtowatersoakingprocedure:

“Usingaliquorratioof1:

20,completelyimmerseeachspecimeninwater（160±20mg/Lhardness）containing0.5g/Lofnon-ionicwettingagentintheflat-bottomeddishataninitialtemperature40±1ºC.Ensurethespecimenremainscompletelyimmersed.After30minutes,removethespecimen,rinseinwaterusingaliquorratioof1:

20for2minutes,andthendrythespecimenbyanymethodsuitableforthefabrictype.”

对于里料、可见的部分、弹力面料（第三章、第四章第一部分、第五章第一和第二部分），任何面料或加入阻燃剂以降低可燃性；在测试以及平衡前，必须经过水洗程序：

在水洗槽里用浴比1：

20的溶液，完全浸泡每一个样品，水的硬度为160±20mg/L,并加入0.5g/L的非离子润湿剂，起始温度为40±1ºC，保持样板完全浸泡在液体中，30分钟后，拿出样板，用同样的溶液浸洗2分钟，然后采用适合此面料的方式干燥。

5PERFORMANCEREQUIREMENTSFORRESISTANCETOIGNITION阻燃的性能要求

5.1Schedule1PartIIgnitabilitytestforpolyurethanefoaminslaborcushionform.

块状聚氨酯海绵可燃性测试

Thefoamundertest,cuttothespecifieddimensions,one450±5mmx450±5mmx75±2mmthickandtheother450±5mmx300±5mmx75±2mmthick,isplacedonthetestrig（Clause3.1）,coveredwiththefabricspecifiedinClause3.7andtensionedwiththeclipsassetoutinBS5852:

Part2.Anignitionsource5cribisplacedinposition.Themassofthecompleteassemblyisdetermined（initialmass）.ThetestshouldbecarriedoutinaccordancewithBS5852:

Part2.

Flamingorsmoulderingfailureshouldbedeterminedagainstthecriteriaofclause4ofBS5852:

Part2.

Afterflamingandsmoulderinghasceased,anydebriswhichhasbecomedetachedfromthespecimenshouldberemoved.Theremainingmassoftheassembly（finalmass）isthenrecordedbytheweightingbalance（Clause3.2）.

Ifsmoulderingorflamingfailureagainstthecriteriaofclause4ofBS5852:

Part2hasoccurredbutonlybywayofdamageexceedingthelimitsdefinedinclause4.1（e）,4.1（f）and4.2（f）andprovidethattheresultantmassloss（initialmasslessfinalmass）islessthan60gthefoampassestheignitabilitytest.

海绵测试规定的尺寸为，一块450±5mmx450±5mmx75±2mm厚度，另一块450±5mmx300±5mmx75±2mm厚度.安装在测试架上（见3.1），用3.7中规定的面料覆盖，并如BS5852第二部分中，用夹子夹紧，放置5号火源木架，称量整个装置的重量（初始重量）.

明火和阴燃不通过的准则见BS5852第2部分第4节的要求.

明火和阴燃停止后，任何与样品分离的残渣将被移除，称量整个装置的重量并记录.

假如阴燃或明火燃烧不符合BS5852第二部分第4节的规定，但仅仅是不符合4.1（e）,4.1（f）和4.2（f）的要求，同时质量损失小于60g，则通过可燃性测试.

5.2Schedule1PartIIIgnitabilitytestforpolyurethanefoamincrumbform.

碎状聚氨酯的可燃性测试

Thetestrig（Clause3.1）panelsarelinedwiththefabricspecifiedinClause3.7.Sufficientcrumbfoamshallbeplacedupontheseatandbackpanelssothatthecoverfabricpieceisplacedoverthem,botharestuffedtothedensityusedinthefurnitureasintended.ThenthetestiscarriedoutinaccordancewithBS5852Part2usingignitionsource2.

Ifsmoulderingorflamingfailureagainstthecriteriaofclause4ofBS5852:

Part2hasnotoccurredorhasoccurredonlybywayofdamageexceedingthelimitsdefinedinclause4.1（e）,4.1（f）and4.2（f）,thecrumbfoampassestheignitabilitytest.

测试架包覆的面料与3.7中的面料一样.在坐垫部分和背部都装入足够的碎状海绵并用面料覆盖，使其达到该产品要求的密度，然后按照BS5852第2部分的2号火源进行测试.

假如阴燃或明火燃烧不符合BS5852第二部分第4节的规定，但仅仅是不符合4.1（e）,4.1（f）和4.2（f）的要求，则碎状海绵通过可燃性测试.

5.3Schedule1PartIIIIgnitabilitytestforlatexrubberfoam.乳胶棉的可燃性测试

Thefoamundertestcuttothespecifieddimensionsisplacedonthetestrig（Clause3.1）,coveredwiththefabric（Clause3.7）andtensionedwithclipsassetoutinBS5852:

Part2.Thetestisthencarriedoutusingignitionsource2.

Ifsmoulderingorflamingfailure（sameascriteriashowinclause5.2）againstthecriteriadoesnotoccur,thelatexrubberfoampassestheignitabilitytest.

将要测试的海绵切割成规定的尺寸，安装在测试架上（3.1），用面料盖住（3.7），并按照BS5852第二部分的要求用夹子夹紧，然后用2号火源进行测试.

如果未发生阴燃或明火燃烧失败的现象（与5.2的准则相同），则乳胶棉通过可燃性测试.

5.4Schedule2PartIIgnitabilitytestfornon-foamfillingmaterialssingly.

单一非海绵填充物可燃性测试

Thefillingmaterialtobetestedandthespecifiedcoverfabric（Clause3.7）shouldbetestedwithsource2asspecifiedinBS5852:

Part2.ItshouldbepackedasSchedule1PartIIifthefillingmaterialisloose.

Ifsmoulderingorflamingfailureagainstthecriteriaofclause4ofBS5852:

Part2（sameascriteriashowinclause5.2）hasnotoccurredorhasoccurredonlybywayofdamageexceedingthelimitsdefinedinclause4.1（e）,4.1（f）and4.2（f）,thenon-foamfillingpassestheignitabilitytest.

填充物和规定的面料要按照BS5852第2部分的2号火源进行测试.如果是散状，将按照第1节第二部分安装.

假如阴燃或明火燃烧不符合BS5852第二部分第4节的规定，但是仅仅出现了不符合4.1（e）,4.1（f）和4.2（f）的要求，则非海绵类填充物通过可燃性测试.

5.5Schedule2PartIIIgnitabilitytestforcompositefillingsforfurnitureotherthanmattresses,bed-bases,cushionandpillows.非床垫、床底架、垫子和枕头的家具组合填充物测试

Thecompositefillings,coveredwiththeprimarycover（Clause3.7）arebuiltuponthetestrig（Clause3.1）.Thetestprocedurewiththeuseofignitionsource2andthecriteriaoffailureshouldbespecifiedinclause4ofBS5852Part2（sameascriteriashowinclause5.2）.

将组合填充物和规定的面料安装在测试架上，使用2号火源，评判标准见BS5852第2部分第四节（与5.2相同）.

5.6Schedule2PartIIICompositetestforignitabilityofpillowsandcushionswithprimarycovers.有覆盖物的枕头和垫子的可燃性测试

Forpillowsthetestspecimenshallcomprisethefillingandtheprimarycoverofthepillow.Wherethefillingisofaloosenaturethespecimenshallbepreparedassetoutforloosefillingsinparagraph3inPartIIofSchedule1.Thetestprocedureusingignitionsource2shallbeasspecifiedinBS5852:

Part2.Ifsmoulderingorflamingfailureagainstthecriteriaofclause4ofBS5852:

Part2（sameascriteriashowinclause5.2）hasnotoccurredorhasoccurredonlybywayofdamageexceedingthelimitsdefinedinclause4

（2）（f）,thecompositepillowfillingpassestheignitabilitytest.

对于枕头，测试样品应该包括填充物和覆盖物.如果填充物是松散状的，按照第1章第2部分第三段的规定准备样板，测试程序按照BS5852第2部分的2号火源进行测试。

假如阴燃或明火燃烧不符合BS5852第二部分第4节的规定，但是仅仅出现了不符合4.1（e）,4.1（f）和4.2（f）的要求，则枕头组合填充物通过可燃性测试。

Forcushionswithprimarycoversthetestspecimenshallbemadeupoffilling,theprimarycoverandstandardfabricasinSchedule1PartI,para
