10、测试环境要求All test specimen materials (except composite fillings of mattresses and bed-bases) should be conditioned immediately before the test for 72hr in indoor ambient conditions and then for at least 16hr at 20 5 and 50 20% RH. For testing, a substantially draught-free environment having a temperatu

13、abric or fire-barrier fabric which has been treated with a fire-retardant to reduce the ignitability of upholstery, before it is conditioned prior to testing, should be subjected to water soaking procedure:“Using a liquor ratio of 1:20, completely immerse each specimen in water (160 20 mg/L hardness

14、)containing 0.5g/L of non-ionic wetting agent in the flat-bottomed dish at an initial temperature 401C. Ensure the specimen remains completely immersed. After 30 minutes, remove the specimen, rinse in water using a liquor ratio of 1:20 for 2minutes, and then dry the specimen by any method suitable f

16、gnitability test for polyurethane foam in slab or cushion form.块状聚氨酯海绵可燃性测试The foam under test, cut to the specified dimensions, one 4505mm x 4505mm x 752mm thick and the other 4505mm x 3005mm x 752mm thick, is placed on the test rig (Clause 3.1), covered with the fabric specified in Clause 3.7 and

17、tensioned with the clips as set out in BS5852: Part 2. An ignition source 5 crib is placed in position. The mass of the complete assembly is determined (initial mass). The test should be carried out in accordance with BS 5852: Part 2.Flaming or smouldering failure should be determined against the cr

18、iteria of clause 4 of BS 5852: Part 2.After flaming and smouldering has ceased, any debris which has become detached from the specimen should be removed. The remaining mass of the assembly (final mass) is then recorded by the weighting balance (Clause 3.2).If smouldering or flaming failure against t

19、he criteria of clause 4 of BS5852: Part 2 has occurred but only by way of damage exceeding the limits defined in clause 4.1(e), 4.1(f) and 4.2(f) and provide that the resultant mass loss(initial mass less final mass) is less than 60g the foam passes the ignitability test.海绵测试规定的尺寸为，一块4505mm x 4505mm

Sufficient crumb foam shall be placed upon the seat and back panels so that the cover fabric piece is placed over them, both are stuffed to the density used in the

Then the test is carried out in accordance with BS5852 Part 2 using ignition source 2.If smouldering or flaming failure against the criteria of clause 4 of BS5852: Part 2 has not occurred or has occurred only by way of damage exceeding the limits defined in clause 4.1(e), 4.1(

The test is then carried out using ignition source 2.If smouldering or flaming failure (same as criteria show in clause 5.2)

Where the filling is of a loose nature the specimen shall be prepared as set out for loose fillings in paragraph 3 in Part II of Schedule 1. The test procedu

If smouldering or flaming failure against the criteria of clause 4 of BS 5852: Part 2 (same as criteria show in clause 5.2) has not occurred or has occurred only by way of damage exceeding the limits defined in clause 4(1)(e), 4(1)
