该拖船主要用于协助万吨级船舶靠离码头，适合在无限航区拖带服务。

4、规则、规范或证书Rules,specificationorcertificate

1）、该拖船在法国船级社（BV）监督下建造，并取得（BV）沿海航区适航证书。

该船悬挂国旗：

沙特阿拉伯。

该船的建造、安装的机械、设备和提供的备件符合法国船级社（BV）的钢质海船最新入级建造规范。

入级符号为:

BV I+HULL+MACHTUG,UnrestrictedNavigation。

5、材料和设备Materialsandequipment

船舶建造所采用的材料和设备为BV认可的船用产品。

所有使用的钢板，将满足BV船级社的要求，有标签清楚地标明制造厂的名称和试验标记。

6、船型Shiptype

本船为全焊接钢质拖船，单底（局部设双底），单甲板，设三层甲板室，由二台柴油机和二台减速齿轮箱、高弹联轴节、艉轴、艉管装置、可调螺旋桨推进装置驱动。

7、纵倾和稳性Trimandstability

本船稳性满足无限航区拖带作业要求。

该船在满载设计吃水时，基本上无纵倾。

如果需要可适当设固定压载调整纵倾与横倾。

在船舶基本完工时，需作倾斜试验来确定完工空船的重心位置，试验时船东代表、船级社检验师应在现场。

并根据试验结果，依照前述规范的要求对空船，满载，90%消耗和拖船的要求进行稳性计算，作出报告。

8、载重量的确定Thedeterminationofweight

载重量是满载吃水时的排水量与空载吃水时的排水量之差。

空船重量由以下部分组成：

1）船体重量包括所有规范和规格书要求的设备和甲板属具重量，但不包括：

a）规范以外要求备件；

b）寝具、亚麻制品、厨房用具、餐具、陶器、玻璃器皿和类似物品；

c）船员和自用品；

d）所有舱柜及管系中的油、水。

2）机械、电气设备的重量、包括规范要求配备的备件的重量，不包括规范以外要求的备件。

3）机器内的水和油

在主机、付机内的水和油及与其相连管系内的水和油。

9、检查和试验Inspectionandtest

该船的结构、设备安装和设备调试都将在有船东代表或船级社验船师在场的情况下检查和试验。

检验和检验的日程安排将提交船东。

检验和试验方法根据船厂的标准惯例进行。

焊缝的重要部位将经X射线检查。

检验和试验前必须的资料、计划和日程等都将提交船东代表。

11、系泊及航行试验Themooringandseatrial

试验依据：

BV海船系泊及航行试验通则。

系泊试验：

海上试验前，必须进行码头系泊试验，码头系泊试验按照船检和船东认可的系泊试验大

纲进行，系泊试验应有船东代表和验船师在场的情况下进行。

航行试验：

当船舶消除系泊试验中发现的故障、缺陷，并取得验船部门签发的试航证书后，将根据船

级社和船东认可的《海上试验大纲》进行海上航行试验。

船厂在系泊及航行试验中，将作好各种试验记录，整理出的试验报告将作为检验和交船的必须技术文

件，并提交给验船部门和船东。

Mooringtest:

beforeseatrial,theterminalmooringtestmustbeconducted,theterminalmooringtestaccordingtothesurveyandshipowner,mooringtestoutlineofmooringtestshouldbethepresenceofowner'srepresentativeandsurveyor.

Seatrial:

whentheshiptoeliminatefaults,defectsfoundinmooringtest,andachievedafterseatrialcertificate,issuedbythesurveyordepartmentwillaccordingtotheclassificationsocietyandshipowner'sseatrials"seatestoutline".

Shipyardinthemooringandseatrial,willmakeagoodrecordofallkindsoftest,sortoutthetestreportwillbeastheinspectionanddeliverymustbetechnicaldocuments,andsubmittocheckboatdepartmentandtheowner.

a.航速测定Speedmeasurement

测速时海面风力不大于蒲氏三级，潮流平稳，在主机100%额定转速时测定航速，测速工具为船装GPS计程仪）：

b.急停试验stoptest

当船舶全速前进，稳定主机转速将控制柄迅速扳至倒车，直至船舶全速后退，然后控制倒车主机转速，迅速操纵手柄至正车，直至船舶全速前进。

记录船舶从命令开始至停止的距离，和船速重新建立起来所需时间。

Whenshipfullspeedahead,stablehostspeedcontrolhandlequicklypullbackto,untiltheshipbackatfullspeed,andthenbackcontrolmainenginerateofrevolution,manipulationofthehandletotheaheadrapidly,untiltheshipfullspeedahead.Recordtheshipfromacommandtostopthedistance,andspeedtosetuptherequiredtime.

c.操舵试验steeringtest

操舵试验按BV要求进行，在驾驶室控制舵角从一舷35°至另一舷35°，记录所需时间和船舶最大横倾角。

Steeringtest,requiredbyBVinbridgecontrolrudderAngle35°fromoneporttoanotherport35°,recordtherequiredtimeandmaximumheelingAngleoftheship.

d.回转试验turningtest

操纵舵桨向右舷转35°，保持至船回转360°，然后将船舶复位，再将舵桨转至左舷35°，保持至船回转360°，记录回转时间、回转半径和倾角。

e.抛锚试验anchortest

起抛锚试验应在船级社和船东认可的水深处进行。

f.噪音试验noisetest

按BV关于噪声的试验条件和方法测定，测试点应包括驾驶室、居住室、前船员大舱和机舱监视室，其标准满足招标规格书要求。
