Abstract

Thecontinuousdevelopmentofsocialeconomyandtheimprovementofproductivityandthepopularityofinformationconstruction,areindifferentdegreesofeveryfieldofsocialinformationconstruction,cateringservices,too,needstobemorethantheentirehotelbusinessthroughinformationsystemtomanagethesystem,andatthesametimeyouneedtoworktoacomputerprocessingofallkindsofartificialservice,suchasorderandtransferofamenu,inordertoimprovetheservicelevelandworkefficiencyofenterprises,tomaximizetheenterprisevalueandtheminimizationofcostatthesametime.

1Introduction

Withtheimprovementofpeople'slivingstandardandthechangeofconsumptionidea,peoplemoreandmorepayattentiontodiet,dinerstoservice,cateringstyleatmosphere,environmentalfactors,suchasmoreandmoreattention,consumersforconvenience,fastspeed,personalization,lookingforwardtothequalityofourservicehasahigherrequest.Accordingtoindustryexpertspredict,willbeinthefuturecompetitioninthecateringindustryimage,brandandreputation,andgraduallyformamodernnewtype,witheracharacteristicsofcateringindustry.Intelligent,information,networkbecomethecharacteristicsofourtimes,thetraditionalmodeoffoodandbeverageserviceisfacedwiththechallengeofera.Alongwithmarketcompetitionintensifying,manyhotels,restaurants,beguntotakeadvantageofhighandnewtechnologytochangethefoodandbeverageservicemodeandmanagementmode.Onthisbasis,thewirelessorderingsystemarisesatthehistoricmoment.Orderthewirelessterminalisanimportantpartofwirelessordersystem,itconsistsoftheattendanthandheldterminalsforthecustomerorder,orderdatawirelesstransmission,reducethewaiter'swalkingbackandforth,andrealizetheorder,single,etc.Thewholeprocessofautomation,itmakesfulluseofinformationtechnologyforcateringservices,usingcomputercalculationability,helpustodealwithbusinessdataanalysis,itgivesthecateringservicesareofgreatchange.Thepopularityofwirelesselectronicordersystemcanreducethelaborintensityofthewaiter,improveworkefficiency,enhancetheimageandstatusofthecateringenterprises,achieverapidoperationofcashierandallkindsofinformationstatistics,statisticsalsocanprovidedecision-makerswiththebasisofdecision-making,andcangreatlyimprovetheservicelevelofserviceindustry,thedevelopmentofcateringindustry,tourismplaysapositiveroleinpromoting,andtotransformtraditionalindustrywithmoderninformationtechnologytomakeacontribution.Ontheotherhand,withtheprogressofsocialandeconomicdevelopment,theindependenceconceptofconsumersarealsoimproved.Self-serviceconsumptionpatternhasbecomemoreandmorepopular,suchassupermarketshopping,self-helptravel,etc.Self-serviceconsumptiontostrengthencustomerindependentlyengaged,thencustomerswillbeinterestedinpurchasingprocess,joyandpassion.Theuseofwirelessnetworktechnology,thedevelopmentoftheself-serviceorderingsystem,promoteuseofthenewmanagementsysteminthecateringindustry,willbringnewsalarymanagementconcepttofoodindustryandservicemeans,canimprovethegradeoftherestaurant,andoptimizebusinessprocesses,improveefficiency,downsizing,toprovidecustomerswithbetterservice,atthesametime,makethelowestcosttomaximizetheenterprisevalue.Thepopularityofself-helpordersystemwillbeanotherimportantsignofthefoodindustrytothedevelopmentofinformation.2Therequirementsanalysisofself-serviceordersystem2.1Thebusinessprocess
