Abstract:
Inthistext,onthebasisofunderstandingofthedomesticemploymentsituation,AnalysisobstaclefactorsimpactbusinessEnglishmajorstudents’employability,mainlybecausealargenumberofstudentsentreintouniversity,thenthenumberofcollegegraduateshasincreaseddramaticallyinrecentyears,coupledwithalargenumberofmigrantworkersintothecity,re-employmentneedoflaid-offworkers.What’smore,collegeandprofessionalunreasonablesettinglagbehindemploymenteducation,collegestudents’employmentoutlookisnotcorrect,resultinginstudents’employmentsituation grimandwhensomecollegestudentsoutofschooltheyareunemployment.Tosolvethisproblem,youneedtobeconcernedaboutthewholesociety,thegovernmentshouldintroducepolicyguidance,collegesanduniversitiesshouldstrengtheneducation,studentsshouldimprovetheirownquality.

摘要:
本文在对国内大学生就业形式了解的基础上,从商务英语专业大学生在校学习的现状出发,分析商务英语专业大学生就业能力的阻碍因素,主要是高校大规模扩招使得大学毕业生的人数急剧增加,加之近年来大量农民工涌入城市、下岗工人需要再就业,以及高校专业设置不合理、就业教育滞后、大学生就业观不正确等因素,造成大学生就业形势严峻,一部分大学生走出校门就失业。
文章提出,要解决这个问题,需要全社会的关心,政府要出台引导政策,高校要加强教育,学生要提高自身素质。

1.Introduction
Comparedwithothermajors,businessEnglishmajorsareverydifferent,andtherapiddevelopmentofbusinessgivesusabetteremploymentenvironment.However,forvariousreasons,businessEnglishmajors’semploymentisstillmoresevere.
Duringtheschool,businessEnglishmajorsmasteredthenecessarybasicknowledgeandexpertise,thereforemostofushaveagoodattitudetowardemploymentandtheabilitytolearn.ButChinesecollegestudents’employmentsituationisincreasinglysevere,moreandmorestudentsgraduatelikeusareequaltoexposetotheriskofunemployment,withsomanystudentsfrominstitutionsofhighereducation,refertoemployment,themorecompetitiveitis,themorevulnerablepositionwearein.Ourdiplomahasbecomevulnerablediplomainthefiercemarketcompetition.Inrecentyears,employmentexpectationsofbusinessEnglishmajorsareveryhighmainlypresentintwoaspects.First,choosesomeeasternregions,economicallydevelopedemployer.Second,thetreatmentofhighexpectationsfortheunit,ignoringtheenterpriseinput-outputratio.
2.TheoreticalFramework
Expertsandscholarshavedifferentinterpretationsonsabouttheemployability,suchastheUKDepartmentoftheformeremploymentandemploymentemployabilityinterpreteditastheabilitytoobtainandmaintainajob.ILOexplainedtheemploymentascapacityforindividualstoobtainandmaintainworkinprogress,andrespondtochangesappearedduringthework.
2.1TheFactorsofInflunceingEmployability
TherearemanyfactorinfluencingbusinessEnglishmajors’employability,theyareindividualfactors,universityfactors,familyfactorsandenvironmentalfactors.
2.1.1TheIndividualFactorsontheEmployabilityofUniversityStudents
a.Impactofgender
Malestudentsincareerplanningability,achievement-oriented,jobpreparation,leadershipskills,employabilityskills,communicationskills,jobleveloneverydimensionsignificantlybetterthanfemalestudents.
b.Theimpactofthepoliticallandscape
PoliticallandscapefortheemployabilityofuniversitystudentsintheChineseCommunistParty’sachievementorientation,leadershipandjobskills.
Onthreedimensionscanbesignificantlyhigherthanthepoliticallandscapeofmembersandotherstudents.
c.Affectedinternshipexperience
Studentshaveinternshipexperienceinprofessionalethicsemployability,self-developmentcapacity,achievement-orientedsocialadaptability,learningability,communicationskills,abilitytoinnovatesevendimensionsweresignificantlybetterthannointernshipexperiencestudents.
2.1.2ImpactfactorsontheemployabilityofuniversityStudents
a.Influenceofthetypeofcollege
Generalemployabilityofuniversitystudentsinachievement-orientedinstitutions,leadership,learningability,jobsearchskills,fourdimensionsbetterthanthatofcollegemajorcollegesanduniversities;whileemployabilityindependentcollegestudentsinprofessionalethics,careerplanningability,self-developmentcapacity,jobpreparation,thesocialadaptabilityfivedimensionstobesignificantlylowerthanthecollegefocuseduniversity.
b.InfluenceoftheUniversitylearningenvironment
Lifeisfullofallknowledge,coupledwiththedailysocietyareconstantlyupdated,therefore,continuouslearningisveryimportantforus.Inschool,classroomlearningenvironment,learningatmospherequarters,learningatmospheresurroundingcommunitiesisimportantforustogrowupandlearn.Surroundingcommunitiesarelearning,whichgiveuswhoarenotgoodatlessonstremendouspressure,inordertoresolvethesepressures,thesepressuresmustbeconvertedintopower,thuscontributingtoourownlearning.
2.2ThePresentSituation
ThesituationmainlycontainsBusinessEnglishmajors’problemsofemployabilityandproblemsofdevelopingbusinessEnglishmajorsemployment’ability.
3.2.1BusinessEnglishMajors’problemsofEmployability
a.Weakprofessional
BusinessEnglishMajors,itsexpertisemainlyreferstotheabilityofbusinessprofessionalstolearnthepracticalapplicationofknowledge.Inthecourseofemployment,businessEnglishstudentsdemonstratedprofessionalcompetenceshortagehasbecomeoneoftheimportantfactorsthataffectitsabilitytoimprovethetermsofemployment.Currently,theactualproductionofhighervocationalcollegesopenedbusinessEnglishandbusinessaspectsofprofessionalcourses,andtherearejobsthatrequireacertaindistance,thereasonsforthisphenomenonaremanifold.OneisaprofessionalbusinessEnglishcurriculumdesigndoesnothavetomeetmarketdemandwhenteaching;secondisbusinessEnglishprofessionalemployerdoesnottimelycommunicateinformationwiththeinstitutions,whichcannotfeedbackthemarketneedsofbusinesssectorstotheschool,itdidnotmeetthetwo-waycommunication.
b.Practicalabilityisnotenough
Practicalabilityisanecessaryconditiontocompletethetask,thelevelofpracticalabilityimpactonwhetherajobcanbewelldone.ImportantpartoftheBusinessEnglishmajorspracticalabilityistheactualnegotiationskill.Mostemployersintheintroductionofnewemployees,askingthemtohaveacertainabilityinpractice.AstheBusinessEnglishmajorsinsocialworkpracticeinschoolleisuretimeopportunitiesarefew,andalimitednumberofschoolstudentstoparticipateinthecollectiveorganizationofsocialpracticeactivitiesduringtheholidays,practiceduringtrainingexperiencecannotattainthegoalofbusinessEnglishmajorsexercisepracticalability.WorkExperiencebusinessrelatedindustries’deprivationandthelackofcapacityforsocialandotherconditionsaffectingthedevelopmentoftheiremployability.
2.2.2ProblemsofDevelopingBusinessEnglishMajorsEmployment‘ability
a.Governmentactionlackingofinfluence
Government’sculitivationonuniversitystudentsintermsoftheemploymentabilityneedtobestrengthened.Mainlyreflectedintwoaspects.First,theBusinessEnglishmajorsinternshipinstitutionalsystemisnotperfect.Second,businessEnglishmajorsemploymentservicesmarketisveryconfused.
b.Corporate’sresponsibilityisweak
Firstly,buildschoolsandenterprisesarenotenthusiasticaboutthepracticebase.Secondly,fuzzydirectionofschool-enterprisecooperationtrainingmode.
c.Students’sweaksenseofpersonaltraining
First,thelackofbusinessEnglishMajors’awarenessofcareerplanning.Inschool,businessEnglishCoursesrangeinvolvedisverybroad,studentsareoftenconfusedanddonotknowwheretogo,sothefutureliesinthevarietyofcertificatesobtained.Theinternshiptheirschoolarranges,theyoftengetawaywiththementalitytodealwithandtheeffectisnotideal.Employmenteveyouwillseealotofstudentswillrushtorecruitandsomeevencatchafewgamesaday,becauseofthelackofcareerplanning,resumeproductionanddeliveryoftargetetwhichisnotveryclear,sotheresultisoftennotgood.Second,businessEnglishmajors’lackofabilityawareness.Duringtheschool,businessEnglishmajorsusuallyhavenooverallplanabouttimeandtheycannotmakefulluseofthetime,onthecontrary,theytendtowastetimeshopping,watchingmovies,shoppingandotherthingswhichdoesnotmakesense,untiltheendofthesemester,theyfoundtheylearnnothing.ThisisduetothebusinessEnglishmajorshavingnofirmgoal,theytaketoomuchtimetoplayandrelaxthemselves.
3.TheCultivationofEmployabilityforBusinessEnglishMajors
TocultivebusinessEnglishmajorsemployability,wemustfirststartcollegewithinthepoweremployabilitytraining,guidestudentstothejobmarketforalltypesofearlyattention.Personnelrecruitmentstandards,asadrivingforcetoguidestudentstoaproactiveattitude,trainanddevelopallaspectsoftheirownability.Qualitythroughcontinuousaccumulation,theformationoftheirowncorecompetenciesandconsistentwiththeneedsofsociety.Studentsunderstandthecorrectconceptisalsoemployedcapacity,toguidethemtoestablisharationalandpragmaticviewoflearning,employmentoutlook,outlooktalentfromtheNPCintoschoolwheretheybegancareerplanning,employabilityestablishawarenesstraining,andthencorrectunderstandingofself;strengthenideologicalandmoralrepair.Supporteducation,developgoo
