************有限公司是一家大型民营企业，成立于2011年1月7日，注册资金10600万元。

公司位于******市武隆县平桥镇西街，是******市政府批准立项建设的市级铸钢基地企业，由中国机械工业第六设计研究院负责设计，占地530余亩，总投资188470万元。

公司是技术力量雄厚的先进铸锻企业。

现有中高级工程技术人员50人左右，预期发展规模为员工1000人。

ChongqingTongyaoCasting&ForgingCo.,Ltd.（hereinafterreferredtoasTongyaoortheCompany）isalarge-sizedprivateenterpriseestablishedonJanuary7,2011witharegisteredcapitalofRMB106million.LocatedintheweststreetofPingqiaoTown,WulongCounty,Chongqing,theCompanyisamunicipal-levelsteelcastingbaseenterpriseapprovedbyChongqingMunicipalPeople’sGovernment.ItisdesignedbySIPPREngineeringGroupCo.,Ltd.,withafloorareaofmorethan530muandatotalinvestmentofRMB1.8847billion.TheCompanyisanadvancedcastingandforgingenterprisewithstrongtechnicalforce.Currently,thereareabout50middleandseniorengineeringandtechnicalpersonnelintheCompany,anditisexpectedtodevelopintoanenterprisewith1,000employees.

公司以铁路总公司、机械工业第六设计研究院、北京机电研究所、二重集团（德阳）、德国SMSMEER公司、沈阳机床的技术开发和工艺研制为背景，拥有国际先进水平的自动化铸锻生产线，主要以“国内外轨道交通、矿山机械耐磨件及清洁高效能源装备铸锻件制造”为主。

为了加快质量管理体系的建立，确保质量能持续有效运行、持续改进，现任命岳国志为本公司质量管理者代表和质量保证负责人，拥有独立的组织自由和权限，代表总经理组织实施质量管理体系，其职责为：

Inordertospeeduptheestablishmentofthequalitymanagementsystemandensureitscontinuousandeffectiveoperationandcontinuousimprovement,YueGuozhiisherebyappointedasthequalitymanagementrepresentativeandsupervisorofTongyaowithindependentorganizationalfreedomandauthoritytoorganizetheimplementationofthequalitymanagementsystemonbehalfofthegeneralmanager.Heshallberesponsiblefor:

确保按GB/T19001-2016《质量管理体系—要求》、《CRCC产品认证工厂质量保证能力要求》、美国铁路协会（AAR）规范和推荐操作手册第J节AAR《M-1003质量保证规范》（包括QASE的相关要求）、建立体系及过程实施与保持；

ensuringthequalitymanagementsystemandprocessesareestablished,implementedandmaintainedinaccordancewiththeQualityManagementSystems-Requirements（GB/T19001-2016）,CRCCProductCertificationRequirementsofFactoryQualityAssuranceAbility,andVolumeJAARM-1003QualityAssuranceSpecificationofAmericanRailwayAssociation（AAR）SpecificationsandRecommendedOperationManual（IncludingrelativeQASErequirements）;

定期或每年向总经理汇报质量管理体系的运行业绩和改进的需求；

reportingtheoperationalperformanceandimprovementrequirementsofthequalitymanagementsystemtothegeneralmanageronaregularorannualbasis;

负责在生产开始阶段采取各工序区域不合格品的预防措施，采取措施记录顾客产品铸件、生产工艺以及质量检测的任何问题，负责检查纠正措施是否执行到位，负责控制生产原材料，确保各工序区域的不合格项得到纠正，负责在公司内部提高满足顾客要求的意识；

负责控制未得到有效纠正的不合格产品的进一步加工或者交付。

为加强公司职业健康安全管理体系运行过程中的协商与沟通，切实保障员工合法权益，保护员工职业健康，建立一个合理、有效的途径倾听员工的意见和建议，达到全员参与职业健康安全事务的目的，根据GB/T28001-2011《职业健康安全管理体系要求》的规定，经员工选举特委托公司王元、陈天伦为员工职业健康安全事务代表。

负责代表公司员工参与和协商、安排关于职业健康安全等相关事务管理工作，确保公司满足职业健康安全标准和法律、法规等相关要求；听取各级员工代表并收集员工反映有关职业健康安全的信息、意见和建议；代表员工向总经理报告员工有关职业健康安全的建议与改进要求。
