1.Introduction

TheobjectiveofthisdocumentistodescribetheUseCasesofKALPOCspecifiedinKALPOCarchitecturedesigndocument.ItwillcovertheoverallworkprocessofRampCoordination.

Thefollowingusecaseswillbedefined:

2.1RC

RampCoordinator（RC）istheresponsibleemployeeoframpoperationfromthearrivaltotheflightdeparture.Andhe/shehastheresponsibilityandauthoritytosuperviserampactivitiesandallotheractivitiesforpunctualoperationandsafegroundhandling.

RCshouldbeassignedtoeachA/CoreachflightforefficiencyofA/Csafetyandrampmanagementintheramparea.However,ItispermissibleforaRCtooverseeotherflightincaseofunexpectedorunavoidablecircumstancesuchasflightirregularity,adverseweatheretc.

2.1.1AuthoritiesandResponsibilities

RChasauthoritiestooverseesafetyweakareaoframpoperationsuchasaircraftfueling,CargoCompartment,ULDCondition/Locking,DangerousGoods,CargoLoading/Unloading.

∙RChasauthorityoverallareaofworkersfromdifferentgroup（fueling,cabinservice,cargo,caterer,etc.）atthegate.

∙RCisundersupervisionofandaccountabletotheteamleaderorstationmanager.TeamleaderorstationmanagerisresponsibletoestablishstandardsandproceduresforRCandtoimprovehis/herqualityofworkalso.

∙RChasauthoritytoutilizeanyavailablemanpoweratramparea.

∙RCisresponsibletosuperviseforallrampactivitiesduringthearrival,departure,unloadingandloadingprocess.

2.2RampController

RampControllermonitorsthestatusofalltheflightsintheairport.IfhenoticesanyissuewhichrequirestheattentionandcoordinationofRC,hewillcontactRC.

2.3CabinCrewandCockpitCrew

Duringrampcoordination,theactivitiesofCabinandCockpitCrewwillbemonitoredbyRC.

2.4GroundOperationStaffsandEquipment

Duringrampcoordination,theworkandstatusofGroundOperationStaffsandEquipmentwillbemonitoredbyRC.

2.5OCC

OCCmonitorsthestatusoftheflightsinbothairandrampsite.IfhenoticesanyissuewhichrequirestheattentionandcoordinationofRC/Controller,hewilldiscussitwithRampControllerandRC.

●Accordingtothereportbyeachsectionalmanager,verifyifallrequiredprocessessuchasboardingofpassenger,catering,cargo,baggageandnecessarydocuments（G.D.loadsheet,CGOM/Fetc）werecompletedwithoutfail.

●IfA/Cdeparturedelayisexpectedduetosmallnumberofmissingpassenger,makedecisionwhethertooffloadafterdiscussionwithtrafficagent（DepartorDepartureagent）.However,ifthispassengerhascheckedbaggage,Regulationof
