MansfieldParkwaswrittenbyJaneAustenaftershehadpublishedSenseandSensibility（1811）andPrideandPrejudice（1813）.ItdidimproveJane’sprogress.
ThestudiesofJaneAustenloomsolargeinwestliterature.Asearlyasin1812,whenJanefirstputherworkinpublic,studyaboutherworkhadsprung.Atthattime,Scottwrotethefirstcountedcriticalpaper,AnUnnamedaboutEmma,whichgaveanimpersonalcomment.SincethenstudiesaboutJaneAustencameinathrong.Intheresearchperspective,thewesternscholarshadavarietyofopinionsandconstantlydevelopedamulti-levelconnotationofJane’swork.Thosewhofromtheperspectiveoffeminismandecologicalcriticism,consideredthatJane’sworkshowedadistinctiveviewoffeminismandworryandconcernofecology;whofromtheperspectiveofpost-colonialismanalysestheinfluenceofEnglishcolonialexpansionuponJane’sworkandreflectinherwriting;whofromtheperspectiveofpsychologyunscrambledJane’sthemeoftheworks;whofromtheperspectiveofcreativetechniquesdiscussedJane’sironyinherproductions;whofromtheperspectiveofrealityandnatureanalysesJane’screativetechniques.AllofthatmadecontributionstoamoredeepunderstandingofJane’sworks.
AttentionsfromChineseLiteraryTranslationandForeignLiteratureStudiesroseataboutin1980s.Before1980s,lotsofcriticscommentedthatJane’slifewasnarrowandthemewastrivial,soJanedidn’tgetadueattention.ZhuHongisChina’searlierattentiontoAustenscholar,whocompiledAustenResearchin1985,whichdidacomprehensiveintroductionofAustenandherworksandopenedawindowforChinesescholarstounderstandandstudyofAusten.Meanwhile,KongHaili,JinGuojia,LouChenghonghadalsotranslatedsomeforeigncriticsofAusten’sarticleinLiteraryTheory.Allofthathadmadethe1980sbecamealittleclimaxforstudyofAusten.In1990s,especiallysince2000,JaneAustenandherworkshadbecomeahotspotintheliteraturetranslationandforeignliteratureresearch.JaneAusten'sworkhasbeenmadeintomovies,TVdrama,Thedomesticpress,suchastheYilinpress,ShanghaiTranslationPublishingHouse,NanjingUniversitypress,launchedtheJaneAusten'snovels,essays,commentsset,researchresultsaremoreandmore.KongZhiliseriouslyandcomprehensivelytranslatedalltheworksofJaneAusten.TherearealsoothertranslatorswhohavemadeagreatcontributiontothespreadofAusten'sworksinChina.ThereareZiPei,XiangXingyao,KongZhili,XiYuqing,SuDan,LiYeyiandZhangYunluwhohavetranslatedMansfieldPark.

ThroughaclosereadingofMansfieldPark,explorethefemalecharactersinthenovelembodiedinthefemaleconsciousness;learnaboutthecontributionofJaneAustentoestablishatraditionoffemalewriting.
Besides"Introduction"and"conclusion",thebodyofthepaperisdividedintothreeparts.
