Theseapproachesresolvedseveralproblemsinherentinthescientificmanagement.Theemployerschangedtheirattitudestothelabourforce.Insteadofcompellingworkers,theorganizationadoptedmoreflexiblemethodswhichreducedthecontradictionbetweentheemployersandemployees.Rewardandpromotionsystemsmotivatedtheworkerstobemoreefficiencyandenergetic,thereforereducedtheabsenteeismandhighturnover.Forinstance,theJapanesecompany,whichadoptedtechnologicalcontrolflexiblesystemthatallworkerscanparticipantinthedirectionofthecompany,hadbeenexpandedrapidlyprovedtheissue.
