　　·座谈会中的说话原则 

（1）说话的语言要精练。

　　说话能否得到他人的认同，并不在于话的多少，精炼的语言往往更容易赢得人们的认同。

因此，领导者在主持座谈会中的谈话，也如同他在社交场合中的讲话一样，力求精炼才是。

　　如同前文所举的邹韬奋先生的一句话演讲事例,在当时就被人们誉为最具特色的演讲。

即便是现在人们仍感叹邹韬奋先生演讲的简练有力。

透过这一句话的演讲，我们分明可以感受到里边蕴含着极为丰富的内容——既有对当时政治战线、思想战线、文化战线上“不战而屈”的投降派的谴责，又有对鲁迅先生“横眉冷对千夫指”，勇敢战斗，决不屈服的可贵品格的赞颂。

这极其精练的一句话演讲，巧妙地采用了鲜明的对比，使卑微者更渺小，使高尚者更伟大，尽管只是一句话，却激发了人们奋起抗争的勇气，鼓舞人们以鲁迅先生为榜样，挺身而出，战斗不止。

（2）说话的语气要适当。

　　恰到好处地使用声和气不仅能充分地表达说话的意图和情感，而且还能使说话生机勃勃，充满艺术的感染力。

　　譬如，说话和声细语宛如柔和的月光、涓涓的泉水，由人心底流出，轻松自然，和蔼亲切，不紧不慢，能给听者以舒适、安逸、细腻、亲密、友好、温馨的感觉，可以弘扬男性的文雅大度和女性的阴柔之美。

而说话高声大气，就可以表现说话者的激情和粗犷豪放的气质。

还有其他很多种语气，恶声恶气，怪声怪气，低声下气，唉声叹气，有声无气等等。

　　必须注意的是，不同的声和气表达着不同的意思。

因此，领导者在座谈会上不仅要注重遣字用词，更应该选用恰当的声和气。

这一点十分重要。

否则，再美的词语也会失去光彩，并很有可能引起听者的猜疑、妒忌、不满、反驳、敌视、唾弃和嘲笑。

　　（3）说话时要以听众为中心。

　　有些领导者说起话来喜欢滔滔不绝，不给人插话或回应的机会，时间长了就会使人生厌。

而沟通是表达的主要目的，所以要尽量避免单向的沟通。

　　一切以对象为中心。

以听众或者说以交流对象为中心不仅意味着你的谈话内容是听众有兴趣的，更重要的是在主观意识上也是以听众为中心的，讲话的重点在听众身上，并且让他（们）深切地感受到。

这样，表达将取得很好的沟通效果。

　　（4）说话时要留意自己的声音。

　　在座谈中，领导者有必要明白，每句话声调也该有高有低，有快有慢。

抑扬顿挫，这是获得听众的惟一秘诀。

在乐曲里，有极快、快、略快、慢、略慢、最慢等快慢符号；也有极强、强、渐弱、弱、极弱等强弱符号。

若想你的话如同音乐一般动听，不可忘记在应快时要快，应高时要高，应慢时要慢，应低沉时低沉。

　　实践证明，毫无抑扬顿挫节奏地说话，最易使听者疲倦。

而现在的我，就像这只丑丑的毛虫一样，但是我一点也不会为自己现在的无知和怯懦担心哀叹，因为我，已经爬上了这棵能够让我栖息，不吝啬为我遮风挡雨，会包容我，教导我，帮助我让我快速的健康成长的大树——他就是康洁。
