BiochemistryCourseOutline

Preface

Biochemistryandmolecularbiologyfocusonthechemicalcompositionoforganismandthelawsofchemicalchangesduringthelifeprocess.Thecontentofthecourseincludesthefollowing:

①structureandfunctionofsomebiomacromoleculesasprotein,nucleicacid,carbohydrate,lipidandenzyme.②metabolismofcarbohydrate,lipid,aminoacidandnucleotideinvivo.③molecularbasisandregulationlawsingeneticinformationtransferring.④cellsignaltransductionandextracellularmatrixneedfulforvariousphysiologicalactivities.⑤specialbiochemistryofsometissuesandorgansasbloodandliver.Thissubjectmainlyadoptsprincipleandmethodsofchemistry,andalsomeltsthetheoryandskillsofbiophysics,physiology,cellbiology,geneticsandimmunology.So,ithasextensiveinterrelationandintersectionwithnumeroussubjects.Biochemistryandmolecularbiologyisoneoftheimportantbasicsubjectsformedicine.
