BorninViennain1909,MiepGiesmovedtotheNetherlandsatage11.In1933,shebeganworkingforOttoFrankathistradingcompany.Atgreatrisktoherownsafety,shehelpedbringfoodtotheFranksandthefourotherswithwhomtheywerehidingfrom1942untiltheirdiscoveryandarrestin1944.

“I'mnotahero,”Giessaidinastatementuponher100thbirthday.“Itwasn'tsomethingIplannedinadvance.IsimplydidwhatIcouldtohelp,”saidthestatementpublishedbytheAnneFrankMuseum.Giesreceivedmanyhonoursforherrole,includingfromtheNetherlands,GermanyandIsrael.

如何写好建议信

本单元的写作项目属于新课标中应用体类别中的“建议信”。
