前言
根据重庆市城乡建设委员会《关于下达重庆市工程建设标准制定修订项目计划(第三批)的通知》(渝建[2013]549)号的要求,重庆市建设技术发展中心、重庆市建设工程质量监督总站会同有关单位经过广泛征求有关科研、设计、施工、生产管理等单位的意见,结合我市建筑排烟气道系统应用于建筑工程的设计、安装和验收经验的基础上,并参考了国内外及其他省市的相关标准编制而成的。
本规程的主要内容是:
总则、术语、基本规定、材料、设计、施工、验收。
本规程由重庆市城乡建设委员会负责管理,由重庆市建设技术发展中心负责具体技术内容解释。

1总则
,保证建筑排烟气道工程质量,使建筑排烟气道系统满足安全、适用、经济等性能要求,制定本规程。
、扩建、改建工程的厨房、卫生间机制排烟气道系统的材料、设计、施工及验收。
,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2术语
ventilatingductssystemforkitchenandbathroom
用以降低室内空气污染,把建筑厨房炊事活动产生的油烟气或卫生间浊气集中高空稀释排放,并具有防止烟气倒灌、窜烟窜味功能,起隔烟阻火作用的排烟气系统。
由抽油烟机(排风机)、排烟气道、防火止回阀、防回流装置、屋顶风帽等组成。
duct
采用成套先进的机械生产设备生产的用于排除厨房炊事活动产生的烟气或卫生间浊气的管道制品。
resistingcheckdamper
安装在厨房抽油烟机或卫生间排风机后端至具有相应耐火等级的共用排烟气道进口处,并在规定时间内能满足耐火性能要求,起隔烟阻火作用的阀门。
hood
安装在屋顶辅助排除废气,并能够防止风、雨雪等倒灌进入排烟气道内的装置。
Totakeovertheset
连接上下两节排烟气道的管芯,防止烟气通过排烟气道接缝错位及泄漏。
Airinlet
排烟气道的进气部位。
支管branch
连接排烟气道与油烟机或排风机之间的管道。
Nominaloperatingtemperature
按使用环境条件,将感温元件规定在一个确定值下能工作的温度,即防火阀门起防火功能作用的起始温度。
material
能够密封排烟气道的结构缝隙,满足一定耐火性能要求的不燃烧材料。
3基本规定
、防火止回阀、屋顶风帽等构配件的物理力学性能和防火性能应符合国家现行相关标准的规定。
建筑排烟气道系统的通风性能应符合下列规定:
1建筑厨房排烟气道每户排风量不应小于300m3/h,不大于500m3/h,且应防火、不倒灌。
2建筑卫生间排烟气道每户排风量不应小于80m3/h,不大于100m3/h,且应防火、不倒灌。
3公共建筑排烟气道排风量由设计明确。
烟气或卫生间浊气集中高空稀释排放,并具有防________________________________________________________________________________________________

建筑排烟气道生产企业应出具产品出厂合格证。
《建筑工程质量验收规范》GB50300的规定,并执行本标准。
4.材料
:
1,其性能应符合《通用硅酸盐水泥》GB175的规定,增强材料应使用22#~26#,×,其性能应符合《镀锌电焊网》QB/T3897的规定;耐碱玻璃纤维网格布网孔尺寸宜为10mm×10mm,其性能应符合《耐碱玻璃纤维网格布》JC/T841的有关规定。
2轻骨料的性能及所配制的轻骨料混凝土密度等级应符合《轻骨料混凝土技术规程》JGJ51的规定,其粒径应不大于排烟气道管壁厚的1/3。
3砂应符合《建筑用砂》GB/T14684的有关规定。
4外加剂应符合《混凝土外加剂》GB8076的规定。
5允许采用耐腐蚀、耐老化、耐潮湿、耐久性与建筑物同寿命并符合防火及环保规定的化学建材或其它轻质材料。
排烟气道的外形宜为矩形,。

排油烟气防火止回阀的外壳应采用不锈钢板或经防锈喷涂的Q235冷轧钢板制作,其他制作材料应符合《排油烟气防火止回阀》GA/T798的规定。
排油烟气防火止回阀的规格尺寸和外观质量应符合下列规定:
1防火止回阀外接口尺寸:
厨房≥150mm,卫生间≥80mm。
2防火止回阀的各零部件表面应平整,不允许有裂缝、压坑及明显的凹凸、锤痕、毛
刺、空洞等缺陷。
3除不锈钢外,防火止回阀和零部件表面均应进行防腐、防锈处理,经处理后的表面应光滑、平整、镀层、涂层应牢固,不允许有起泡、剥落、开裂以及漏漆、流痕、皱纹等缺陷。
排油烟气防火止回阀的主要性能除应符合下列规定外,还应符合《排油烟气防火止回阀》GA/T798的规定:
1感温元件动作温度应符合下列规定
a、厨房:
140℃±2℃,5分钟内部应不动作,156℃±2℃,1分钟内应动作。
b、卫生间:
65℃±2℃,5分钟内部应不动作,73℃±℃,1分钟内应动作。
2防火止回阀严密性应符合《建筑通风效果测试与评价标准》JGJ/T309的规定,应无倒灌,阀片在150pa±15Pa负压差时,反向漏风量应为零。
3厨房用止回阀在开启压力为80Pa时,阀片应能达到完全开启,最大开启角度应不小于60°;卫生间止回阀在开启压力为25Pa时,阀片开启角度应不小于最大开启角度的90%。
排油烟气防火止回阀的性能试验方法应按《排油烟气防火止回阀》GA/T798的规定执行。
