地下管道施工方案

1．General工程概况

SANDISKCVIPFACTORYPROJECTundergroundpipinginstallationlocateatthenumber555ofjiangchuanroad,minhangDistrictShanghaiCity.Thisplanappliesfortheinteriorundergroundpipingandexteriorundergroundpiping.Theinteriorundergroundpipinginclude:

Industrial,domesticwatersupply,industrialwastewaterdrainage,domesticsewagedrainage,stormwaterdrainage;mainpipingmaterialisPVC-Udrainpipe,Galy,pipe.Theexteriorundergroundpipingincludeindustrial,domesticwatersupplysystem,industrialwastewaterdrainage,stormwaterdrainage,domesticsewagedrainagesystem,totally2500m;watersupplypipeisgraphiteironpipe,stormwater,domesticsewageisPVC-Upipe,industrialwastewaterisUPVCpipe.

晟碟半导体（上海）有限公司新建厂房工程地下管网工程，位于上海市闵行区江川路555号，本方案适用于室内底板下管网及室外地下管网两部分。

室内底板下管道包括：

生产、生活给水管网、生产废水管、生活污水、雨水排水管网，主要管材为PVC-U排水管、镀锌钢管；室外部分为地下生产、生活给水管网，雨水、生活污水、工业废水管网，总长约为2500m；给水管采用离心球墨铸铁管，雨水、生活污水采用加筋PVC-U排水管,工业废水采用UPVC管

4．Pipinginstallation管道施工

（1）Layout测量放线

Proceedthesurveyandorientationaccordingtothedesigndrawingandbenchmark,whenitconflictwithdesigndrawing,settleddownbyM+Wcoordination.RecheckthefirstsurveypointsuppliedbyM+Wtoconfirm,obtaintheexcavationpermitfromM+Wpriortocommencement.

根据图纸对施工坐标点进行测量定位，当与设计图纸不符时，协同M+W公司共同解决。

对M+W提供的第一个测量点应反复核实，确定其正确性，开挖前报M+W确认许可后，方可开始施工

（2）Excavationofpipetrench管沟开挖

Theexcavationofpipetrenchwillbebybackhoemainlyandassistwithlabors

管道开挖，采用机械开挖为主，人工开挖为辅。

Duringbackhoeexcavation,takereverseexcavationmeasure

机械开挖过程中，采用反铲进行开挖，开挖采用倒挖法进行管沟开挖。

Forthepipetrenchexcavation,installsupportsystemornotconsideringtheearthcondition,stillwhenthedepthexceeds1.4mmusthaveslope.Theexcavatedearthstockingatleast1.4mfarawayfromthepipetrenchtoavoidearthcollapse.

管沟开挖时，应根据土质进行考虑放坡与是否打支撑，但管沟深度超过1.4m必须放坡施工，管沟开挖的土，必须堆放于距离管沟不小于1.4m，以免造成管沟塌方。

Duringpipetrenchexcavating,monitoringtheelevationatanytime,thebackhoeexcavatingtoalittlehigherlevelofdesignedlevel.

管沟开挖时，标高控制应采用随开挖，随测量，机械开挖到设计要求标高左右

Ifundergroundwaterimmergedthandrainedbyopentrench,theopentrenchshould100mmlowerthanpipetrenchbottomandslopetowatercollectionpit.Setonewatercollectionpitevery30m,pumpoutthewaterintimetoensurenowaterstandinginpipetrenchandassignwatchingmantocheckthecrackandwaterpermeatecondition.Takeappropriatemeasurestoavoiddangerous.

管沟开挖时，如有地下水采用明沟排水，明沟应比管沟底低100mm并坡向集水坑,在每30m设一个集水坑,利用潜水泵抽水保证管沟内无水,并专人检查沟边是否有裂纹及渗水情况,如有应采取措施以防止发生危险确保施工安全.

管沟开挖过程中，应设置标志防止人员发生意外。

Assistbylabortodig100mmandlevelthebottom,pavesandcushion

利用人工随机清底，挖土下挖100mm，并做沙垫层基础。

（3）Workfacewidth工作面宽度

Theexcavatewidthofpipetrenchbottomshallbecalculatebytheunderformula:

管道沟槽底部的开挖宽度，以下式计算：

5.Materialtest材料报验

Watersupplypipeuseductileironpipe,socketconnectbyrubberring;

给水管采用给水用球墨铸铁管，橡胶圈承插连接；

BuildingoftheFactory1andthecub1drainagewaterpipeusePVC-Uwatersupplypipe,adhesiveconnection:

BuildingoftheFactory1andthecub1drainagepipeuseHDPEpipeinlet,socketconnectbyrubberring,buildingoftheCUB1tocooldownpooldrainageuseHotDipGalv.Steelpipe,anti-corrosionbytwoclothandthreelayersasphalt.

生产1和动力1建筑内划片废水管采用PVC-U给水管，粘接；生产1和动力1建筑室外划片排水管采用HDPE双壁波纹管，橡胶圈承插连接；CUB1建筑到降温池采用热镀锌钢管，做两布三油防腐。

室外雨水、生活污水管道采用U-PVC加筋承插式排水管，橡胶圈连接；

所有管道、管件、阀门等材料在安装前按设计要求核对其规格、型号、材质及数量并进行外观检查，检查内容如下：

Checkwhetherthereisdamage,crackofgraphiteironpipe,thepipeopeningsizeintheallowedscope,thebitumencoatingfinished,theinnerlinedcementloosed,therubberringcompleteandsmooth.

检查球墨铸铁管有无损坏、裂缝，管口尺寸是否在允许范围，外涂沥青漆是否完成，内衬水泥是否脱落；橡胶圈应形体完整、表面光滑；

ApparentviewofReinforcePVC-U,HDPE,PVC-Udrainagepipepriortoinstallation,theinnerwallofpipe,pipefittingsshouldbesmooth,levelwithoutbubbles,crack,delaminationordistinctmark,depressedcondition.Thepipecannotwithdifferentdirectionbending,itsstraightdeviationshalllessthan1%.Thepipeendshouldbelevelandverticaltogridline

加筋PVC-U管，HDPE管，PVC-U排水管在安装前要进行外观检查，管材与管件内外壁应光滑、平整无气泡裂口、裂纹、脱皮和严重的冷斑及明显的痕蚊、凹陷，管材轴向不得有异向弯曲，其直线度偏差应小于1%，管材端口必须平整，并垂直与轴线。

Steelpipesurfaceshouldwithnocrack,shrinkagehole,slag,delaminationetc.defects,thecorrosionnotexceedtheminusdeviationofwallthickness,thesteelpipeandwailthicknessinthedeviationallowance.

钢管表面应无裂纹、缩孔、夹渣、重皮等缺陷，锈浊不超过壁厚负偏差，钢管及壁厚在允许的偏差范围内。

Valvesmustaccompanywithex-factoryqualifiedcertificate,checktheapparentcheckpriortoinstallation.Thevalvesealfaceshouldbeperfect,andsomeneedwatertest.

阀门等在出厂前必须有合格证明，安装前要进行外观检查，阀门密封面完好无损，部分阀门须做水压试验；

Theweldmaterial（electrode,weldingwire）,airchemicalconstitution,mechanicalpropertyshouldmatchwiththemothermaterialandcomplywiththeweldingcraftsmanship.

管道焊接采用的焊材（焊条、焊丝）及气体的化学成分、机械性能须与母材匹配并兼顾满足焊接工艺的要求。

6.Pipeinstallation管道敷设

6.1InstallSequence施工顺序

（1）Interiorpiping室内管道：

Factory1（productionbuilding1）（生产厂房1）：

Trenchexcavation---Cushionconcrete---Rebar---LayPipe---PipeTest---Pourconcrete

沟槽开挖→垫层混凝土→钢筋绑扎→下管→管道试验→浇注混凝土

Otherbuildings其他建筑：

Trenchexcavation---Sandcushion---Laypipe---Firstbackfilling---PipeTest---Trenchbackfilling

管沟开挖→垫层沙→下管→第一次回填→管道试验→管沟回填

（2）Exteriorpiping室外管道

Theexteriorpipinginstallsequenceshallaccordingtoburydepth,deeperpriortoshallowprinciple.

室外管道施工顺序应按管道埋设深度，先深后浅原则。

Drainagepiping排水管道：

Trenchexcavation---sandcushion---Laypipe---Firstbackfilling---Pipetest---Trenchbackfilling---Flush

管沟开挖→沙垫层→下管→第一次回填→管道试验→管沟回填→冲洗

Watersupplypiping给水管道：

Trenchexcavation---Concretecover---Laypipe---Firstbackfilling---Pressure,refinedtest---Trenchbackfilling---Flush

管沟开挖→垫块→下管→第一次回填→压力、严密性试验→管沟回填→冲洗

6.2Installkey安装要点：

6.2.1Installkeyofgraphiteironpipe,exteriordrainpipe球墨铸铁管、室外排水管道安装要点

（1）Installsequence安装程序：

Laypipe---Cleanpipeopening---Cleanrubberring,installrubberring---Installmachineequipment---Paintlubricantonsocketsurfaceandrubberring---Pushpipeintosocket---Check

下管→清理管口→清理胶圈、上胶圈→安装机具设备→在插口外表面和胶圈上刷润滑剂→顶推管子使之插入承口→检查

（2）Preparationpriortoinstallation安装前准备

Removethestiranddustatpipeopening.

将管口的毛刺和杂物清除干净；

Checkthematchconditionandworkconditionoftools。

检查安装机具是否配套齐全，工作状态是否良好

（3）Installkey安装要点：

Laypipe:

accordingtothetechnicalrequirementlaythethepipetothetrenchbottom,accordingtothesignsifthereisonpipebody.

下管应按下管技术要求将管子下到沟底，如管体有向上放的标志，应按标志摆放管子；

Cleanpipeopening:

removethedebrisatsocketandcleanup,fortheadhesivearticlesmaycausewaterleakage.

清理管口将承口内的所有杂物予以清除，并擦干净，因为任何附着物都可能造成接口漏水；

Cleanrubberring,installrubberring:

Cleanuptheadhesivearticlesonrubberring;bendtherubberasheartshapeorflowershape（bigdiameter）,theninsertinsocketchannelandacirclepressurebyhandtoensuretherubberringinposition,pushedintochanneluniformly.

清理胶圈、上胶圈将胶圈上的粘结物清查干净；把胶圈弯成心型或花型（大口径）装入承口槽内，并用手沿整个胶圈按压一遍，确保胶圈各个部分不翘不扭，均匀一致的卡在槽内；

MachinesandTools:

Usejinchainhoistorwiregripputthemachinesandtoolsinposition,takecareofpollutiontothecleanedpipe.

安装机具设备可采用手拉葫芦或紧线器，将准备好的机具设备安装到位，安装时注意不要将已清理的管子部位再次污染；

Paintthelubricateagentonsocketsurfaceandrubberring:

thelubricateagentissuppliedbymanufacturer,orusesoapwaterpaveontheinnersideofrubberringuniformly.Tackcareofthebrokenareawhenpaintthelubricateagenttothesockettop.
