实验内容

1.实验要求

如下图所示的零件图形,毛坯为165mm×123mm×40mm。

要求完成:

(1)在通用CAD/CAM系统(如:

Pro/Engineer,UG等)的支撑下,学生独

立完成零件的实体特征造型。

并由三维实体特征自动生成其二维零件工

作图。

(2)在CAD/CAM系统(Pro/E、MasterCAM等)的支撑下,学生独立完成

指定零件的数控加工编程和加工仿真。

包括:

􀁺加工零件图样分析。

􀁺定位基准选择及确定装夹方案。

􀁺编制数控加工工序卡,填写工艺卡。

􀁺根据零件的加工要求,合理选择刀具,填写刀具卡。

􀁺根据零件的加工工艺分析和V-60A立式加工中心的编程指令编写加

工程序,填写程序卡。

编写数控加工程序时应注意:

①走刀路线的合理安排;

②刀具补偿的合理使用。

􀁺加工仿真,验证数控加工程序的正确性。

(3)在虚拟数控机床环境下(如:

宇龙数控加工仿真系统),学生独立完成

指定零件的虚拟加工。

(4)在教师的指导下,学生分组在数控机床上完成零件的数控切削加工。

(5)独立编写实验报告。

零件比较简单,三维实体造型过程略,直接附加工完成图

5.零件加工工艺分析

零件毛坯尺寸165mm×123mm×40mm,零件外轮廓及各平面都有很高的加工精度要求,要分粗、精加工,以保证加工尺寸的要求。

零件的装夹采用平口钳装夹。

在安装工件时,要注意工件安装要放在钳口中间部位,安装台虎钳时,要对它的固定钳口找正,工件被加工部分要高出钳口,避免刀具与钳口发生干涉,安装工件时,注意工件上浮,不影响中间通孔的加工。

如图将工件坐标系G54建立在工件上表面,零件的对称中心处。

8.数控加工程序编制过程及关键问题的解决

(1)不同的平面加工要用到不同的刀具路径及不同的刀具,要注意结合要求合理选择。

(2)零件高度方向各平面尺寸要求较高,加工时要注意设置,要用尺寸链计算方法计算封闭环。

(3)挖槽加工时选择大凸台时要注意断点,不然选择不了外轮廓。

(4)先粗加工,注意切削参数留余量,精加工时再切除。
