1、Mastercam实验报告要点计算机辅助制造实验(1)报告 姓 名: 谭金龙 学 号: 0806111103 专业班级: 机械1107 中南大学机电工程学院机械制造及其自动化实验内容1 实验要求如下图所示的零件图形,毛坯为 165mm123mm40mm。要求完成:(1) 在通用 CAD/CAM 系统(如:Pro/Engineer,UG 等)的支撑下,学生独立完成零件的实体特征造型。并由三维实体特征自动生成其二维零件工作图。(2) 在 CAD/CAM 系统(Pro/E、MasterCAM 等)的支撑下,学生独立完成指定零件的数控加工编程和加工仿真。包括:􀁺 加工零件图样分析。&

2、#1048698; 定位基准选择及确定装夹方案。􀁺 编制数控加工工序卡,填写工艺卡。􀁺 根据零件的加工要求,合理选择刀具,填写刀具卡。􀁺 根据零件的加工工艺分析和V-60A 立式加工中心的编程指令编写加工程序,填写程序卡。编写数控加工程序时应注意:走刀路线的合理安排;刀具补偿的合理使用。􀁺 加工仿真,验证数控加工程序的正确性。(3) 在虚拟数控机床环境下(如:宇龙数控加工仿真系统),学生独立完成指定零件的虚拟加工。(4) 在教师的指导下,学生分组在数控机床上完成零件的数控切削加工。(5) 独立编写实验报告。2 加工设备及刀

3、、夹、量具加工设备:V-60A 立式加工中心夹具:机用平口虎钳量具:游标卡尺、深度尺刀具:63 盘铣刀5 中心钻20 钻头8.5 钻头M10 丝锥R6 球铣刀12 键槽铣刀(粗)12 键槽铣刀(精)16 立铣刀38 可调镗刀3.零件三维实体特征零件比较简单,三维实体造型过程略,直接附加工完成图4.二维零件工作图5.零件加工工艺分析 零件毛坯尺寸165mm123mm40mm,零件外轮廓及各平面都有很高的加工精度要求,要分粗、精加工,以保证加工尺寸的要求。零件的装夹采用平口钳装夹。在安装工件时,要注意工件安装要放在钳口中间部位,安装台虎钳时,要对它的固定钳口找正,工件被加工部分要高出钳口,避免刀具
