Highvoltagecheck:
15.2.1
Purpose:
Thistestisusedtodeterminewhetheranappliancecomplieswiththeelectricstrengthtestrequiredonsafetystandard.
15.2.2
Applyto:
Allelectricproductswhichratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.
15.2.3
Procedure:
a.
Testershouldbeverifiedwithsafetyandproperfunctioningbeforeuse

Setupthetesteratappropriatebreakdowncurrentlimit（0.5mA）andappropriatevoltage.

Connectlive&neutralplugpinorleadwiretoeitherpolarityoftestedproduct（liveisrecommendedforoperationsafety）,otherwisecheckshouldbeconductedoneachofthem.

Purpose:
Thistestisusedtoensuretheaccessiblemetalpartandearthterminalarecontinuousunderratedcurrent.

Testershouldbeverifiedbeforeuse;

Connectearthpinofattachmentplugorearthleadwiretotheneutralofthetester;

Connecttheearthconnectedmetalpart（Intendedtobeearthconnected）totheoppositepolarityofthetester;

Specification:

Earthresistancetestershouldbeused;

Householdproducts,a25Afor1secondshouldbeappliedandtheresistanceshouldbelessthanorequalto0.1ohm.（considertheresistantofpowercord,thelimitofresistantcanbe0.2ohm）

Purpose:
TheSingle-poleswitchesorsingle-poleprotectivedevicesshallbeconnectedtothephaseconductor（thelivesideofthesupplyorthesideotherthanthatidentifiedastheneutralside.）.

Applyto:
Theproductwithon/offswitchandtheirratedvoltagebeingmorethanextra-lowvoltage.
