焚烧炉操作说明

焚烧炉操作说明

1．加热废油柜至60℃以上，打开废油柜出口阀和点火柴油进口阀。

2．将柴油“置换”开关置于“正常”位。

3．点火油头开关（辅助）放于“正常”位。

4．把所有“手动”放于“自动”位。

5．把废油压力调节阀和流量调节阀全开。

6．打开电源开关，打开雾化空气阀等。

7．按下“复位”开关。

8．按下“自动启动”开关。

9．排烟风机和废油泵将运转，调节废油压力至0.06MPa。

10.废油开始燃烧后，调节废油流量，控制炉膛温度900～950℃

11．当需要停止时，按下“自动停止”按钮。

要停止前，需用轻油置换废油。

当炉膛温度低于50℃时，排烟风机自动停止。

12．关闭相关阀门。

1.Heatingwasteoiltankupto60℃,Openthewasteoiltankoutletvalveandpilotburnerdieseloilinletvalve.

2.Putthedieseloilsubstitutionswitchin“Nor.”Position.

3.Putthepilotburnerswitch（Assist）in“Nor.”position.

4.PutallmanualoperationswitchesinAutoposition.

5.Putthewasteoilpressureregulatingvalveandwasteoilflowregulatingvalveinfullopenposition.

6.Turnonpowerswitch,Openmainvalveasatomizingairmainvalveetc.

7.Presstheresetswitchtomaketheinitialreset.

8.PressAUTOSTARTswitch.

9.Theinducedfanandwasteoilpumpwillstartonrunning.Atthistime,regulatethecirculatingpressureofwasteoilto0.06MPa.

10.Afterstartingthecombustionofwaistoil,regulatetheflowofwasteoilsothatthecombustionchamberoutletexhaustgastemperaturewillfallwithintherangeof900to950℃.

11.Wherewasteoilincinerationhastobeallowedtostop,pressAUTOSTOPswitch,beforestopincinerating,substitutedieseloilforwasteoil.Whenthecombustionchamberoutletexhaustgastemperaturehasarrivedat50℃,theinducedfancomestoastopautomatically.

12.Closesuchmainvalvesasatomizingairmainvalve,dieseloilvalve,etc.
