ESD测试作业指导书
ESDTestingWorkInstruction
1.环境控制I. EnvironmentalControl:
1）所有工作区的相对湿度和温度应该保持在一定的范围并进行监测。
一旦相对湿度百分比降至限度以下，立即通知QC和工程部进行处理。
RelativeHumidityandtemperatureinallworksareasshallbemonitoredandmaintained.If%relativehumidityfallsbeyondthelimits,immediatelyinformQCandengineeringfordisposition.
2）在将装配的产品置于无静电工作站前，在整个生产期间，使用离子发生器的生产线都应处于工作状态。
离子发生器被安装在容易发生静电的区域。
检测其衰减时间，小于或等于5秒钟，或者根据客户要求；检测平衡电压，小于或等于5伏，或者根据客户要求。

2.个人接地线系统PersonnelGroundingSystem
1）在生产线的不同站点,随机抽检十个员工。
Randomlysamplingatleast10personnelsfromthedifferentstationoftheproductionline.
2）员工手腕上带着静电手环，将静电手环与地线系统相连接让员工握着电荷分析仪的金属杆，如图1所示：
Withtheirgroundstrapontheirwrist,connecttheirgroundstraptothegroundingsystemandletthepersonnelholdthemetalrodoftheChargeAnalyzer.Seefigure1.
3）让员工移动或跳跃起来，电荷分析仪则会监测出电压在人体上的波动情况。
LetthePersonnelmoveorjump.Thechargeanalyzerwillmonitorthevoltagefluctuationontheperson.
4）从机器上读取人体所产生的电压，并记录所显示的数据。
Readthevoltagegeneratedbythepersonnelfromtheinstrumentandrecordthemeasureddata.
备注：
产生的静电压等于0伏。

Staticvoltagegenerated=0volt
3.对所有原料、工作服、鞋子，手套进行检查。
CheckingofallMaterials,Uniforms,ShoesandGloves
利用711电荷分析仪或其它同类检测仪Using711ChargeAnalyzerorEquivalentchecker
1）利用没有电极的711电荷分析仪，按下RANGE键选择适当的电压范围。
Usethe711ChargeAnalyzerwithoutelectrodesandselecttheappropriatevoltagerangebypressingthe"Range"button.
2）用其它物品磨擦被测试的原料或物体，比如：
玻璃、塑料等。
监测静电电压和极性。
Rubthematerialortheobjectundertestwithothermaterialse.g.glass,plastic,etc..andmonitorthestaticvoltageanditspolarity.
3）数字显示器上第二行显示了与测试材料之间的测量距离为25mm（1英寸）Therecommendedmeasurementdistancetothechargedmaterialis25mm（1inch）asdisplayedinthesecondrowofthedigitaldisplay.
4）监测材料电压显示在第一行，在LED条上也有如图2所示：
ThevoltageofthemonitoredmaterialwillbeindicatedinthefirstrowandalsobytheLEDbar.Seefigure2.
5）记录测量结果并反馈到相关部门，以便针对合格测量结果采取适当的措施Recordthemeasurementsandfeedbacktotheconcerndepartmenttotakeproperactionsregardingnon-conformingmeasurements.
（规格说明：
静电电压等于或小于100伏）（Specification:
StaticVoltage=/<100volts）
备注：
在一些设备较隐敝的地区,则可以不用遵守静电电压小于100伏的要求当设备被密封或卷起时,不易受静电电压影响。
Note:
Areaswheremostofthedevicesarestillsealedcanbeexemptedtothestaticvoltagerequirementof<100volts.Devicesarestillsafetostaticvoltageswhensealedandreeled.
利用709静电传感器或其它同类检查器。
Using709Staticsensororequivalentchecker
1）用其它物品磨擦被测试的原料或物体，比如：
Rubthematerialortheobjectundertestwithothermaterialse.g.glass,plastic,etc.
2）在打开ON键将原料置于LO位置测量静电电压前，执行"Zeroingthesensor"命令，然后,压下电池开关/零开关在ZERO位置,直到屏幕显示为000Performthe"Zeroingthesensor"beforetakingthestaticvoltagemeasurementofthematerialbyturning"on"totheLOposition,thendepressandholdthebattery/zeroswitchintheZEROpositionuntilthedisplayshows000.
备注：
当握住传感器时，传感器操作员应与一个接地点相连（地线系统）将指向传感器远离正归零的检测体表面。
Note:
Whileholdingthesensortheoperatorofthestaticsensorshouldcontactaknowngroundpoint（groundingsystem）andpointthesensorawayfromchargedsurfaceswhilezeroing.
3）在对原料进行静电电压测量时，（在约有10英寸远的位置）将传感器指向被检测的物体和材料。
Intakingthestaticvoltagemeasurementofthematerial,pointthesensor（atadistanceofabout10inches）towardtheobjectormaterialstobemeasured.
4）如果传感显示超出了范围（如：
显示为1），调到HIGH范围后，重新归零。
Ifthesensorisoverranged（i.e.,displayreads1….）,switchtoHIGHrangeandre-zero.
5）观察显示屏,把物体移向传感器，直至达到一英尺的最小距离。
避免传感器接触到物体或原料。
如图3所示：
Movethesensortowardtheobjectwhileobservingthedisplayuntilaminimumdistanceofoneinchisreached.Avoidtouchingtheobject/materialswiththesensor.Seefigure3.
6）记录测量结果并反馈到相关部门，以便针对不合格测量结果采取适当的措施（规格说明：
静电电压等于或小于100伏）Recordthemeasurementsandfeedbacktotheconcerndepartmenttotakeproperactionsregardingnon-conformingmeasurements.（Specification:
StaticVoltage=/<100volts）
备注：
静电电压等于仪表上的数值与传感器和物体之间距离（英尺数）的乘积。
Note:
Thestaticvoltageisequaltothemetervaluemultipliedbythenumberofinchesbetweenthesensorandtheobject.
可参看如下的表格,得到确切的测量结果。
Seethefollowingtabletoobtainthecorrectmeasurement.
LOScale低范围
Reading读数×Distance距离=StaticVoltage静电电压
HIScale高范围
Reading读数×Multiplier乘数×Distance距离=StaticVoltage静电电压
备注:
当用HI规格时，显示数必须乘以10。

4.检测离子发生器CheckingofIonizers
1）放好711电荷分析仪，该分析仪离子发生器中的电离空气流内带有平坦的金属板电极。
如图4所示：
Positionthe711ChargeAnalyzerwiththeattachedflatplateelectrodeintheionizedairstreamoftheionizer.Seefigure4.
2）通过"mode"按钮,自动选择正负极。
Selectautomaticpositive-negativebymeansofthe"mode"button.
3）按下开始按钮，数字屏幕将会显示平坦金属板电极有约1500伏且布满LED杆。
Pressthe"Start"buttonandtheflatplateelectrodewillbechargedtoapproximately1500VshownbythedigitaldisplayandfullscaleoftheLEDbar.
4）三角形符号上的箭头闪动，显示出1000至100伏的静电下降时间。
Thearrowinthetrianglesymbolwillflash,thenthestaticdecaytimefrom1000to100Vwillbemeasured.
5）记录测量结果并反馈到相关部门，以便针对不合格测量结果采取适当的措施Recordthemeasurementsandfeedbacktoconcerndepartmenttotakeproperactionsregardingnon-conformingmeasurements.
电离空气会压制平坦金属板电极上的电荷，然后测量出静电下降时间和偏移电压。
Note:
Theionizedairwillneutralizethechargeontheflatplateelectrodeandthedecaytimeandoffsetvoltagewillbemeasured.
下降时间DecayTime=/<5seconds
平衡电压BalanceVoltage=/<5volts
5.工作台、货架、地板上的垫子检查CheckingofMATSonTables/Racks/Floor
1）利用电阻检查仪检查表面特征，特别是直接放置元件的静电耗散垫子。
如图5a所示：

2）记录测量结果，针对不合格测量结果采取适当的措施Recordthemeasurementsandtakeproperactionsregardingnon-conformingmeasurements.
3）同时，记录传导表面的特性和测量结果，针对不一致读数采取适当的措施。
如图5b所示：

4）点对点，点对地检查耗散垫子和传导垫子的电阻，如图5c所示：
记录测量结果，针对不一致的测量结果采取适当的措施。

备注：
地板上的垫子只在必需时检查，特别是带有Class100和Class1000类型的无尘室Note:
MATSonfloorsarebeingcheckonlywhennecessary,especiallyforCleanRoomwithClass100andClass1000types.
6.设备/机器。
Equipment/Machines.
1）利用万用表（或其它同类品），检查机械设备和地线设施之间的地线接点的连续性。
Usingamultimeter（oranyequivalent）,checkthecontinuitiesoftheconnectionsofthegroundingfromthemachine/equipmentbodytothegroundingfacilities.
2）将万用表的一个测试探针接触到机器/设备，另一个测试探针接触到地线系统设施，读取万用表上的数据可测出其连续性。
Point1testprobeofmultimetertothebodyoftheequipment/machineandpointtheothertestprobetothemachinegroundingsystem,thenobservethecontinuityreadingofthemultimeter.
3）如有必要，维修连接线路。
Repairconnections,ifnecessary.
7.烙铁检查CheckingofSolderingIron
1）用万用表或其它同类器械测量烙铁的遗漏电压和电阻。
Measuretheleakvoltageandresistanceofsolderingironusingamultimeteroranyequivalent.
2）在烙铁末端放置一个探针，另一个探针放在接地设备上。
Set1probeattipofthesolderingironandtheotherprobetotheequipmentground.
3）记录测量结果并反馈到相关部门，以便针对不合格测量结果采取适当的措施Recordthemeasurementsandfeedbacktoconcerndepartmenttotakeproperactionsregardingnon-conformingmeasurements.
备注：
开启烙铁后进行测量。
对每个生产线上用到的至少3个烙铁进行漏电压和电阻测试
Note:
PerformthemeasurementwhilethesolderingironisON.Conductleakvoltageandresistancechecktoatleast3solderingironusedperline.
渗漏电压LeakVoltage=/<0.005volt
电阻Resistance=/<5ohms
8.PersonnelGroundonTablesandRacks
1）利用万用测试仪上的欧姆表（或其它的仪器），检查连接到接地系统的电阻器。
UsingtheOhmeterofthemultitester（oranyequivalent）,checkthepresenceoftheresistorconnectedtothegroundingsystem.
2）将万用表的一个测试探针放在接地线系统上，另一个探针直接连在地线（电线）上。
Position1testprobeofthemultimetertothepersonnelgroundingsystemandtheothertestprobedirectlytotheearthgroundorelectricalground.
3）记录测量结果，针对不合格的测量结果采取适当的措施。
Recordthemeasurementsandtakeproperactionsregardingnon-conformingmeasurements.
4）对于使用双重保护装置的生产线来说，当检查双重保护装置时，必须戴上良好的接地手环，然后连接在双重保护装置上，绿色发光二极管必须发亮，然后拆开双重保护装置，会听到蜂鸣器显示发生错误，红色二极发光管会亮.Forlinesusingtwinguard,checkingoftwinguardmustbedonebyusingknowngoodgroundstrapweargroundstraponwristthenconnecttothetwinguard,thegreenledmustbelit,thendisconnecttothetwinguardbuzzererrormustbehearedandredledshouldbeblinking.
备注：
对于没有电阻器的生产线，电阻必须置于10欧姆甚至更低。

Forlineswithnoresistors,resistancemustrangefrom10ohmsandbelow.
