5.作业条件OperationConditions
5.1锅炉本体范围内全部承重结构、承压部件、受热面及所有零部件等全部施工完毕，经正式检验合格并签证齐全。
Theconstructionforalltheloadstructures,pressurepartsandcomponentswithintheboilerproperisover,whicharequalifieduponinspectionandhavecompleteacceptance.
5.2锅炉本体各受热面和承重部件安装结束（包括联箱内部检查清洁、管子通球、管子封口、各部件找正和连接工作等）并且无损检验比例必须达到25%，临时支吊架全部割除并清理干净。
Thepressurepartssandbearingcomponentsoftheboilerproperareinstalled（includingthecheckandclean-upinsidetheheaders,ballpassing,sealingofthetubes,alignmentandconnectionoftubes,pipesealsandcomponents）,andNDTratiomustbeupto25%,allthetemporarysupportsandhangersarecutandclearedaway.
5.3参加水压试验的管道和支吊架施工完毕，炉本体的放空、疏放水、取样、仪表控制、加药、排污和减温水等管道已接到一次门。
炉本体各种管道安装敷设符合热膨胀补偿要求。
主蒸汽管道截止到阀门、附件或临时封堵装置安装完毕。
Theconstructionforthepipesandsupportsandhangersparticipatinginthehydraulictestisover,thepipesintheboilerforventing,waterdrainage,assaysampling,instrumentcontrol,dosing,sewagedischargeandspraywateroftheboilerproperareconnectedtotheprimaryvalve.Theinstallationandlayingofthepipesintheboilerpropermeetsthethermalexpansioncompensationrequirements.TheMSpipeanditsaccessoriesandtemporarypluggingdeviceshavebeeninstalledtoprimaryvalve.
5.4水压范围内所有焊口施焊结束，经过外观检查，并按规定进行了热处理及无损探伤。
Alltheweldingjointswithinthehydraulicpressurearecompleted,whichhavegonethroughtheviasualinspection,heattreatmentandnon-destructivetestasperrequired.
5.5按照图纸要求，受热面管子或承压部件上的所有部件，如鳍片、销钉、密封铁件、防磨罩、门孔座和热工检测件等施焊结束，焊渣清除，各集箱上的热电偶套管焊接完毕，外观检查合格。
炉膛和包墙管焊接严密，并符合标准要求。
Accordingtothedrawing,whenthepipesofthepressurepartsorallthecomponentsofthepressurepartscontainingcomponents,suchasfins,pins,sealingitems,anti-abrasionhoods,valvestubsandC&
Iitems,havebeenwelded,theweldscalesareremoved,pipsoftheheadersthermocoupleshavebeenweldedandgonethroughvisualtest.Thefurnaceandwallenclosuretubesaresealedasperstandard.
5.6受热面的承压部件上安装加固或起吊用的临时铁件均应割除并清理干净。
Thetemporarycomponentsforsupportsorliftingofpressurepartsshallbecutandclearedaway.
5.7属于金属监督范围内所有各部件的钢号及材质均符合设计和制造文件的规定，并经核对无误。
合金钢元件、铸件及焊缝已经按照规范进行光谱分析检查。
Thesteelgradeandmaterialofthecomponentswithinthemetalsupervisionshallconformtothedesignandmanufacturingdocumentsandshallbeverifiedtobecorrect.Thealloyedsteelelements,castingsandweldseamshavegonethroughthespectrographicanalysischeckinaccordancewiththespecification.
5.8汽包内部装置安装完毕，并经验收合格。
Theinstallationofdevicesinthesteamdrumcompletesandgothroughacceptance.
5.9锅炉本体各部件吊杆、吊架安装完成，吊挂装置负荷调整合理。
Thehungersofboilerproperareinstalledandunderreasonableload.
5.10锅炉内外部如炉顶、楼梯、平台、零米地坪、水平烟道、过热器、省煤器、空预器及其灰斗清理干净，无垃圾等杂物。
Theboilertop,stairway,platform,floor,levelflueduct,superheater,economizer,airpreheatershallbecleanedandnogarbagecanbefound.
5.11水压试验用水由总包方中水项目部提供；
水温符合制造厂安装说明书规定（20℃～70℃），水量满足水压试验期间各阶段水量要求，利用上水泵向锅炉上水。
ThewaterforhydraulictestisprovidedbyProjectManagementDepartmentofEPCcompany（Sinohydro）.Thewatertemperatureconformstothemanufacturer'
sinstallationinstructions（20℃~70℃）,andthewaterquantityshallmeettherequirementofthewholeprocessofhydraulictest.Thechargingpumpisusedtofillwatertotheboiler.
5.12水压试验用临时管及升压设备安装及调试完毕，临时管道冲洗干净，贮水用临时水箱清理干净，省煤器入口集箱处接至锅炉制造厂家提供的水压试验用短节并用手孔端盖封闭，高过出口集箱两端安装到连接的主蒸汽管道一次阀门处。
Theinstallationandcommissioningofthetemporarypipesandpressurizationequipmentforthehydraulictestcomplete,thetemporarypipesareflushed,thetemporarywatertankiscleaned,economizerinletheaderisconnectedtothepipeprovidedbytheboilermanufacturerandsealedwiththehandholeendplug.BothendsoftheHTSHoutletheaderareinstalledtotheprimaryvalve.
5.13锅筒、水冷壁下联箱等的位移指示器应齐全，安装位置正确，指针和指示牌牢固，并校至零位.Thedisplacementindicatorofthedrum,waterwalllowerheader,etc.shallbeinstalledatcorrectposition,thepointersandindicatoraresecure,andoringalpositionshowszero.
5.14水压试验必须使用的通道、楼梯、临时脚手架、通讯设施及照明均装设完毕，地面、道路清理干净、无杂物、积水，通行无阻。
Thepassageways,stairways,temporaryscaffolds,communicationfacilitiesandilluminationshallbeaccommodated,thegroundandroadshallbecleanandunobstructedwithnosundriesorstagnantwater.
5.15在自检和预检检查过程中发现的问题已经整改完毕。
Theproblemsdiscoveredintheself-checkandinitialinspectionhavebeensolved.
5.16水压试验后的水排放到工业废水池存放处理，水压试验组织机构和人员分工已落实，并进行分工责任签证。
Thewaterisdischargedtotheindustrywastewaterdisposalbasinforstorageandtreatmentafterthehydraulictest,thehydraulictestorganizationalstructureandresponsbilitieshavebeenimplemented.
5.17锅炉受热面、本体范围内管路、附件均应参加水压试验，汽包水位计只参加工作压力试验，安全阀不参加水压试验。
Theboilerpressureparts,pipelinesandaccessoriesinboilerpropershallbeincludedinthehydraulictest,thewaterlevelgaugeofthesteamdrumisonlyinthescopeofworkingpressuretest,andthesafetyvalveisbeyondthehydraulictest.
5.18紧急放水门开关灵活，上水管通畅。
Theemergencywaterdischargevalveisflexiblyturnedonandoff,andthechargingpipeisunblocked.
5.19上水时应全开再循环门以减少夹带空气量，上水时应缓慢进行，进入锅筒的水温与锅筒壁温温差不大于50℃，否则不得进水。
水压试验的环境温度不得低于5℃，上水时间不少于2小时。
Duringwaterfilled,therecirculationvalveshallbefullyopenedinordertoreducetheamountoftheair.Thewatershallbeslowlysupplied,andthetemperatureofthewaterintothedrum.Watertemperaturecannotbe50℃higherthanthedrumwalltemperature,otherwisethehotwaterisforbidentogoinsidethedrum.Theambienttemperatureforthehydraulictestshallnotbelow5℃,andthewatersupplytimeshallbenolessthan2hours.
6.作业顺序OperationSequence
作业准备→上水、检查→升压至1.62MPa、全面检查→升压至锅筒工作压力（10.8MPa）、全面检查→关闭水位计与锅筒连接阀→除监表人员外，其余人员全部撤离→升到试验压力16.2Mpa（工作压力1.5倍）→降压至锅筒工作压力（10.8MPa）、全面检查→卸压放水
