施工措施ConstructionMeasure
焊缝坡口清理bevelcleaning:
焊前必须按照施工规范将坡口内外两侧各10mm范围内的铁锈清理干净。
Priortoweld,atleast10mmdistancedfrombevelshallbecleanedtoremoverust.
清理工具Cleaningtool:
动力角向砂轮机及钢丝刷Powergrinderand/orbrush。
层间清理CleaningBetweenBeads:
清理焊道表面后,方可进行下一层的焊接Cleaningshouldbeperformedbeforenextbeadisdeposited.
对口器拆除RemovalofClamp:
均匀完成根部焊缝60%以上Afterasectionoftherootbeadequaltoapprox.60%evenlyspacedofthecircumferencehasbeenperformedwhenusetheexternal.
返修与补焊Repairandpatchweld:
本工艺規程可用于指导其所限定的对接环焊缝的返修和补焊ThisWPSavailableinbuttjointrepairingandpatchingweldwhichitslimited。
