GettingStarted

phonesuiteprogramdoesnotneedtoinstall,afterdecompressioncanbeuseddirectly.

⑴.thepreparatorywork

Phone,power,USBdatacablewithphoneandPC

OpenPhoneSuite.exeicon,enterthefollowingmenuinterface:

⑵.enterPhoneSuitemenuinterface,enterthesettings,settheparametersaccordingtotheactualsituationofmobilephone:

PhoneModel:

Bydefault,usersdonotselect

Communicationport:

Connectthephonelineforusbinterface,

Language:

english

Memory:

Selectthestoragelocationyouwanttodownload,suchas:

mobilephoneorSIMcard

Itsinterfaceisasfollows:

⑶clickorotherinformationorphonebook.Followingpromptappears:

⑷Ifyouchoose"Yes",downloadcellphone/simcardinformationtothePC,thereareinterface

Ifyouselect"No",notfromthephone/simcarddownloadinformation

⑸neededatthistimecanadd,delete,modify,copy,pasteoperation.

⑹phoneandPCconnectionissuccessful,itwillexportthephoneandSIMcardphone,theinterfaceisasfollows

⑺modifyphonebook:

Double-clicktheselectedphonenumber,pop-upwindowcanchangethenameandnumber

⑻addanewnumber:

Clickonthemenubaricon"AddContact"tosavethenewnumbertothedesignatedlocation,suchasSIMcards,mobilephoneorPC

⑼exportSIMcardphoneandaddressbook:

①.Clickthemenubar"File"icon,asshownbelow

②.Ifthefileisnamed"contact",savedtothespecifiedlocation.（Thissavedfilecannotbemodified,otherwisethenexttimecannotimportphones）

⑽Importaddressbookbackup,PCclienttomodifyoradd:

①.Clickthemenubar"File"icon,asshownbelow

②.thebackupfileintothecomputer（fromthespecifiedlocationforthefile）

③.importedwillappearinthe"computerfolder"directory,asshownbelow:

④.addnumberstotheaddressbookbackedup,themethodwithstep8,selectthe"PC"term

⑾thecomputer'saddressbookfolderhasbeenimportedtothephonememoryorSIMcard,asfollows:

①.Ctrl+A,Copyallorasinglecopy

②.pastetothephonefolder,sothatimportphone,andasshownbelow.

③.Aftertheguidetogocheckthephone,sothattheentireaddressbookimportandexportoperationiscompleted.

⑿theuseofinformationfunctionslikephonebook

⒀intoPhoneSuitemenuinterface,selectthemultimediainformation,selectthemultimediainformationcorrespondingtotherightofthedrop-downmenu,enterthefollowingmenuinterface:

⑶choosetousethePCtotheprogramselectedforOutlookExpress（WindowsAddressBook）

⑷Thesetwosetclickonthe"Sync"icononit

⑸synchronizationiscompletepressthemaptoopenWindowsAddressBookentry

⑹intotheAddressBookandselectallcopyandthenpasteitintothecanonthePC

*.csvformattoexporttothePC,phonebook

⑴Openthe*.csvcorrespondingPCSuite,selectManagecontactswiththeother,into

⑵intoPhoneEditorphonethereareinterfacescreen,click

⑶recordsdisplayedintheinterfacecopyalltheselected

⑷clickrightclickpasteintheblankcomputer

⑸phonecallstoalltelephonedirectorydisplayedinthecomputerlist,clickonFile->Export

⑹SelectExportType

⑺choosetoexportthesourceto*.csvsavedtoaPCcan

ImportthefiletoMTKphones（whichusetheimportfeature,seeabove）

⑴openPhoneSuitetools,setuptheport,clickthePhonebookbuttonontheleftmenu.Enterthefollowinginterface

⑵shownbelowundertheFilemenu,clickImportitems

*.VcfformatwillexportthefileintomobilephoneMTKphone,selectthefiletypeis*.Vcf

*.CsvformatwillexportthefileintomobilephoneMTKphone,selectthefiletype*.Csv

ImportthedatabothonPCandsavedtothephone

*.vcfformat,exporttomobilephoneSMSonPC

⑴the*.vcfformatsmobilephone,PCSuite,throughitsconnectionwiththecomputer,openPCSuiteclicktheFileManager

⑵SelectIcon

⑶accesstotheirinboxmessagesyouwanttoexportandclickontheCopy

⑷pastethecopiedtextintothePConit

⑸intoMTKmobilephone

OpenPhoneSuitetools,accesstotheinformationmenu,clickonthefileiconintheimportselectthefiletype*.vmg

DirectlytotheSMScanbecopiedtotheInbox

5.andthePCsynccontactsonoutlook

⑴openPhoneSuitetools,intotheset,checkthe"loadOutlookcontactdata",asshownbelow:

⑵clickonthe"phonebook"icon,enterthecomputermoreOutlookfoldersinthefile

TheOutlook,copyandpastethephonenumbertothephonefolder
