******************;**********************1.1.3.NofeeisforeseenforprovisionofRFQDocumentation.1.2.Legalstatusofproceduresanddocuments1.2.1.TheOpenRequestforQuotations（RFQ）isnotatenderandthegivenprocedureofOpenRFQisalsonotconsideredasapublictender.Itisacollectionofrespectiveoffersavailableinthemarket,asaresultofwhichthebestoffermightbeaccepted.TheprocessoftheRequestforQuotationsisnotregulatedbytheArticles463-465,1043-1044ofRACivilCodeandLawOnPublicAuctions.DocumentationonOpenRFQApril04,201941.3.Otherprovisions1.3.1.TheApplicantsindependentlyincurtheexpenseswithregardtothepreparationandsubmissionoftheQuotation,whereastheOrganizerisnotresponsibleforthoseexpensesandhasnoobligationsregardlessofthecourseandresultsofthepurchasingprocess.1.3.2.TheOrganizerreservestherighttorejecttheQuotationifhe/sheascertainsthattheApplicantexpresslyorbyimplicationgave,agreedtogiveorofferedtheOrganizersemployeerewardinanyform:

3.1.1.1.Letteraboutoffersubmissionintheformandaccordingtoinstructions,stipulatedinthisDocumentation（Form№1）;3.1.1.2.PriceQuotationinaccordancewithinstructionsindicatedinthisRFQ;3.1.1.3.Documents,whichprovetheApplicantscompliancewithrequirementsofthisRFQ（sub-point3.2.）.3.1.1.4.ApplicantsWorkHistoryReferenceList-thelistofcompaniesandcontactpersonsthatcanprovideinformation/reference（Form№3）.3.1.2.TheApplicantshallsubmitalldocumentsinhardcopies.TheApplicantshallalsosubmitelectronicversionoftheQuotationto******************e-mailaddressafterthesubmissiondeadlineifsorequested.3.1.3.TheApplicantisentitledtosubmitonlyoneQuotation.Incaseofviolationofthisrule,allQuotationsofthisApplicantarerejectedwithoutconsiderationoftheirmerits.3.1.4.Iftherearemultiplelots,theParticipantpreparesanindividualQuotationforeachlotapplied.AllQuotationsshallbefilledinaccordingtothispurchasingDocumentationandhavetobeplacedindifferentenvelopesandshallbesealedwiththestampoftheApplicant.Thelotnumbershavetobespecifiedontheenvelopes.AfterwardstheenvelopeshavetobeinsertedintotheenvelopeoftheApplicant.3.1.5.Eachdocument,enclosedinApplicantsQuotation,mustbesealedwithApplicantssealandsignedbythedulyauthorizedperson.3.1.6.Documents（sheetsorinformationalenvelopes）,includedinQuotation,shouldbefixedorpackedinawaythatwouldpreventdocumentsorinformationalenvelopesfromaccidentallossorreplacement.DocumentationonOpenRFQApril04,201973.1.7.ApplicantshallprovideoneoriginalQuotationinArmenian.3.2.RequirementstoApplicants.Approvalofcompliancewiththepresentedrequirements3.2.1.RequirementstoApplicants3.2.1.1.AnylegalentityhastherighttosubmitQuotationsinaccordancewiththerulesandproceduresprescribedinthisDocumentation.InordertoqualifyforthebestofferandfortherighttoconcludeAgreement,ApplicantshouldcomplywiththefollowingrequirementsatthemomentoftheQuotationsubmissionincompliancewiththisDocumentationonRequestforQuotations:

a）WorkexperienceintheArmenianmarketnotlessthan2years;b）Organizationshouldnotbefiledforbankruptcy,liquidationorreorganization;itspropertyshouldnotbearrested;3.2.1.2.ApplicantshouldincludeintheQuotationDocumentationthecopiesofstateandtaxregistrationandcertificates;3.3.SubmissionandacceptanceofQuotations3.3.1.Priortosubmission,theQuotationshouldbeproperlysealedintheenvelopes（packages,boxes,etc.）.Thefollowinginformationshouldbeindicatedontheenvelope:
