“Onthecontrary,”saysLindaGiambra,anexpertinpsychology,“daydreamingisquitenecessary.Withoutit,themindcouldn’tgetdoneallthethinkingithastododuringanormalday.Youcan’tpossiblydoallyourthinkingwithaconscious(有意识)mind.Instead,yourunconsciousmindisworkingoutproblemsallthetime.Daydreamingthenmaybeonewaythattheunconsciousandconsciousstatesofmindhavesilentdialogues.”
