开学三个月来，虽然未曾谋面，但我们通过微信、博客已经有了一些交流。

我们正一起携手，共同陪伴孩子成长，顺利度过幼小衔接，成为一名合格的小学生。

下面把我的一些做法跟大家分享：

　　一、一封信

　　开学初，我分别给孩子们和家长们写了一封信。

同时也收到很多热情洋溢的回信，在此一并表示感谢！

　　二、两个做法：

　　1、让同学们在图画本上画出所学的英语，并且在全班进行展示。

　　2、每节课根据学生上课的表现，在成长树上进行盖章。

　　三、三个指导思想：

　　1、激发学生学习英语的兴趣。

　　我曾经接到一位妈妈的微信，她说我家孩子的英语在班里是比较靠后的吧，我们觉得她对英语的学习兴趣不高有点着急了？

想咨询一下您如何提高她的兴趣。

　　对于这个问题，我经过深入的思考，现答复如下：

　　1、我从来不给学生们进行排名，所以无所谓谁在班里比较靠前或者比较靠后，对于一年级的学生来说，如果某某的英语说得比较好，也许只是表示这些内容他已经在课外班学会了，在课堂上仅仅是展示而已；如果某某的英语说得还不够好，也并不说明他就差，因为他是刚刚接触，真正学会一定还是需要一个过程的。

所以我从不给一年级的学生下判断，谁的英语学得好，谁的英语学得不好。

他们还处于发展变化中，过早的贴上一个标签是不合适的。

　　2、关于英语学习兴趣的培养，的确是我们一年级英语教学中的一个重点，但是有一点我们也必须认识到：

每个人的兴趣点是不一样的，每个人都有自己感兴趣的内容，也有自己不感兴趣的内容，成人如此，孩子也是如此，所以如果你觉得孩子的英语学习兴趣不高，不要过分着急，因为你的情绪，孩子会感知到，会让孩子产生一些不必要的负担。

　　关于培养孩子的英语学习兴趣，其实我在课堂上一直在做，例如学习和表演英语小故事，用画画的方式学习英语，在课堂上安排一些小游戏、看英语的动画片、发小奖贴等等，都是努力让英语学习变得更加有意思。

但是尽管如此，班上还是会有学生告诉我：

“老师，我就是不喜欢英语！

”，那么，我只能退而求其次，至少不讨厌学英语吧！

　　您在家里，也可以想办法让英语变得有趣些，例如带孩子看一些英语原版的动画片，看一些有意思的英语绘本，或者见见外国人，甚至出国旅游，这些事情都可能会让孩子对英语产生兴趣。

现在微信上还有一个“英语趣配音”的活动也不错，还有一些比较好的公众号，例如“小马读书”“小花生网”“典范英语”“小板牙”“喆妈公益阅读”等公众号，会推荐一些好的英语故事，也许会对孩子的兴趣培养有一些帮助，您可以努力地去做一些尝试。

　　2、树立学生学好英语的自信心。

　　起始阶段的英语学习只要求孩子能听能说。

由于孩子年领较小，在起始阶段时会有一个沉默期，进一步的听和说都需要一个过程。

所以，对孩子在学习过程中出现的问题不要过分着急，不要强迫学生背单词、背句子。

我在一个班级调查了孩子们头疼的事情，其中就有：

“家长逼着我背单词，背长句子等！

”这些超越孩子能力范围的事情，会让学生产生严重的挫败感，不利于后面的学习。

对一时开不了口的孩子要从多听录音入手，在听录音的同时鼓励孩子模仿。

　　在人格发展理论中讲到这样一个观点：

6-12岁的儿童的发展阶段是勤奋对自卑。

处于这一阶段的儿童主要发展任务是体验成功带给他们的勤奋感，即对自己以及对自己的能力具有良好的感觉。

失败则会带来消极的自我感觉，让儿童自卑。

　　所以希望家长们能对孩子少一些批评，多一些鼓励。

前一段时间，学习四单元数字的时候，我就留了一个作业：

让学生们倒着背诵10个数字。

　　绝大部分的学生都能倒背，但是还有几个孩子，背诵起来有些难度，这些孩子的家长都很着急，纷纷给我微信说：

“我们一直督促孩子背，可还是不熟练！

”“这两天一直在学习倒着背诵英语数字，在家我们也一直在教，但总是记不住，可能我们也有些着急。

”“我们的孩子就属于每个数字都要正着默数，才能背出来的，但孩子已经尽力了！

”

　　看了这些信息，我突然有些过意不去，因为孩子能正着数数字就可以了，我让他们倒着数，只是想训练孩子们的思维，没想到家长们特别负责，还可能因为孩子背不下来跟孩子急等。

　　于是我赶紧给这些家长回复：
