[Abstract]Thispapersummarizesthemajorresearchprojectcontainstheinterfacetype,andR&Dprojectsforheterogeneityamongtheorganizations,informationsyncdelayproblemcausedbytheintroductionofchaostheorytotheorganizationinterfaceforcollaborativeR&Dprojectcontrol,theestablishmentofR&Dprojectsco-chaoticsysteminterfacemodel,analysisofthecollaborativeR&Dsysteminterfaceconditionsandprocesses,elaboratedontheinterfaceoftwotypesofcooperativecontrolchaoscontrolmethod.theuseofchaostheorytocollaborativeR&Dprojectmanagementcontrolinterface,theinterfacefortheR&Dprojectsmanagementinnovationprovidesatheoreticalsupport.

AlargeR&DprojectsinterfaceelementsR&Dprojectsconstitutealargemulti-dimensionalnetworkinterfacewithinthesysteminterfaceisthecommunicationbetweenheterogeneousorganizationanddelivery,therelationshipbetweenorganizationalinteractionregion.R&Dinterfacecanbedividedintothreeforms.
1.1ProcessInterfaceAlsoknownasprocessinterface,usuallyreferstoR&Dprojectsfromthedemonstrationprojectstarttocompletionofvariousstagesthroughoutthedevelopmentcyclewiththeinterfacebetween.GuobinDenginterfaceofresearchanddevelopmentprocessisdividedintoR&D/R&Dinterface,researchanddevelopmentinterfaceanddesign,manufacturingengineeringinterfaceinterfacewiththetimecourseofalargerrelationship.Astheprojectprogressed,technology,andproductsgraduallyfromabstracttoconcrete.DifferentR&Dprojects,theprocessisdifferent,largeresearchprojects,oftenusingphase-gatesystemdevelopment,thatistheendofeachstage,thenextbeforethestartofastage,theneedforperiodicreview,totesttheinitialresultsarepre-configuredtomeettheneedsofthenextstageofdevelopmentconditionsareinplacetomakethedecisiontocontinueorgiveup.Inthiswaythecontinuousdevelopmentactivitiesartificiallybrokendownintodiscretestages.
1.2TaskinterfaceTaskinterfaceisduetobedevelopedbythetechnicalcharacteristicsoftheproductstructureordifferencesarisingfromtheinterfaceelementsofthetaskoflarge-scaleprojectsofdifferentmissionpackages,theformationoftask-level.Conductingresearchanddevelopment,thetaskofshowingelementsoftheserial,parallel,independentofotherrelations(seeFigure2)andbecauseR&Dtasksrelevanttotheneedsofcustomers,andbuiltoncontinuousinnovationanddevelopment,basedonthetaskitselfhasanumberoftechnicalinnovation,andthus,R&Dprocessdevelopedbytheexternalenvironmentandinternalstateofthedoubleimpact,resultingintaskinterfaceintheinitialstagesofambiguityanduncertainty.
1.3OrganizationInterfaceR&Dprojectsofvariousorganizationscarrierisduetothepursuitofdifferentinterests,resultinginco-operation,taskandresourceallocationinR&D,informationtransferandsharing,benefitsharingandotheraspectsoftheinteractionbetween.OnthescaleofR&Dprojectsdifferent,thecompositionoftheinterfacerelationshipofformandfunctionforlarge-scaledevelopmentprojects,bothindependentresearchanddevelopmententities,includinggovernments,intermediaryorganizations,whichintheroleofresearchindifferentformthecomplexnetworkorganizationsystem,wereformedinteractioninterfaceshowninFigure3.
LargeR&Dcooperationprojectswiththeinterfaceoffixity,thatR&Dprojectsandparticipantshavebeenidentifiedthatobjective,theinterdependentrelationshipbetweentheorganizationisstableandeasytochangewhiletheprocessanddifferentstagesofdevelopment,information,technologystatus,andchanginginteractionsleadtochangesintheinterface,sotheinterfaceR&Dprojectitselfisdiverse,R&Dinteractionisatransferofinformationbetweensubsystemsandinteractiveprocess,theevolutionoftwo-wayrepeated;isthesysteminteractionbetweeneachothertosynchronizetheprocess.differentorganizationscontinuedtoreceiveandreleaseinformationinmakingsystem-levelmanagersintechnologycontinuetoshapethecourseofevolutiontofindasynchronousstateofequilibrium,tofindtheinterfacebetweentheroleofeachorganizationalpatternmatching.

R&Dprojectsofacomplexnetworksysteminterfacecontrolismainlyreflectedin:
thesystemadministratorthroughtheanalysisofthefactorsthataffectthedevelopmentsub-systemdevelopment,thevariouselementsofthesystemtofindanoptimalwaysothatallsubsystemsthroughcollaborationtoimprovethespeedandefficiencyofR&DAccordingtoR&Dprojectsambiguityanduncertaintycharacteristicsofthecoreasanon-lineartheoryofchaostheorytosolvelarge-scalecollaborativeR&Dprojectcontrolsysteminterfaceissuesandeffectivetoolinachaoticsystemtodeterminetheemergenceofthe‘seeminglyrandom’movement,istheunityoforderanddisorder,uncertaintyandrandomnessofunity.aperiodicchaoticsystemisadynamicprocess,andshowedasensitivedependenceoninitial,revealingthephenomenonmightbebehindtheseeminglyrandomHiddensimplerule,inordertofindalargeclassofcomplexproblemsgenerallyfollowthecommonlaws.
R&Dorganizationsystemwithrelativeindependenceofeachsubsystemandtheirspecificfunctionsandoperationofthetarget.ForlargeR&Dprojects,R&Dactivitiesnecessaryconditions,suchascapital,technology,personnel,facilities,policy,andmarketspreaddifferentsubsystemsfordifferentsubsystemshavethesystemofdifferenceswithinthelargerorganization.Hence,iftheR&Dorganizationintoacomplexnetworksystemabstraction,abstractionofthesubsystemintoacomplexnetworkofnodes,eachnodethenhasadifferentstructure,itsdynamicbehaviorarealsosomedifferences,suchorganizationsinthedeliveryinformationwillbeatimelagherewechoosethenodestructureofthedomesticscholarsdifferinmethodsofcomplexnetworksynchronizationandestablishcollaborativeR&Dmodelofthesysteminterface.
