Unit 9 Shapes
第一课时
教学目标：
1、能正确掌握对话内容并能朗读、初步表演对话；
2、 能正确听说、读写词汇a square，a star，a heart，a shape，a circle，the sun，the moon, fly a kite。
3、 能正确听说、读写句型What’s shape is the kite，mike？
It’s a square. What shape is the moon，Mike？
It is Art lesson. A boy is flying a kite.
4、 初步理解日常交际用语和三会句型和三会单词Come to the blackboard and show us how to do it. a rectangle a triangle
教学重、难点：
1、能正确听说、读写词汇a square，a star，a heart，a shape，a circle，the sun，the moon, fly a kite。
2、 能正确听说、读写句型What’s shape is the kite，mike？
It’s a square. What shape is the moon，Mike？
It is Art lesson. A boy is flying a kite.
3、 初步理解日常交际用语和三会句型和三会单词

A、 Free talk:
T:
Good morning.
S:
Good morning, Miss Jiang.
T:
Look, What’s he doing?
S:
He’s sitting.

OK. And what’s she doing?
S:
She’s reading a book.
（ 教师事先可以让学生做出各种动作，让其他学生用英语说出来，以次来复习现在进行时态，同时也能激发学生们的兴趣。

B、 Presentation
1.The teacher write the words on the blackboard:
An Art lesson 老师事先制作一张胸卡，上面写着“美术老师”，然后在这一个环节中进行提问：
What’s my job?
学生们会这样回答：
You’re an English teacher. 老师应立即说：
No, you’re wrong. Look, I’m an Art teacher. Not an English teacher. 如此重复几次，并指着自己胸前的胸卡，学生们很快会明白Art 的中文含义。
大声朗读词组an Art lesson
2 .老师运用实物投影仪来教授太阳the sun和月亮the moon的英文单词，并以次提问What shape is the sun?
用手势来表达这句英文的中文含义，重复几遍，随后可以帮助他们来辨认和回答:
It’s a circle. 教授这个新单词，注意字母组合ir的读音正确。
3.运用相同的方法来学其他的新单词：
kite—circle, bag—rectangle, square ruler—triangle fly a kite
4.老师指着a kite问：
Can you draw a kite like this?
在得到肯定的回答后，运用手势要求学生Come to the blackboard and show us how to do it.引出句型：
Show us how to ….（注意此时应让好学生来配合学这一个句型）
C、 Practice:
1 .Play a game:
Guess 用事先准备好的物品来猜其形状（让学生闭上眼睛，通过触摸来猜，让学生们齐声问:
What shape is the thing?
让被猜的人回答：
It’s a….
2.让学生们用自己身边的学习用具进行操练,以次巩固:
What shape is the….?
It’s a….. Show us how to …….。
3 .Open the recorder, and let the students read the text after the tape aloud.
4 .Practice in pairs:
one is the teacher, one is the student first, latter chick
D 、homework:
1） copy the new words for four times
2） copy the text for two times
3） try to act

1、能掌握对话内容并能灵活运用对话内容

教学过程：
A 、Free talk:
1. use some things to revise the shapes what the students learnt last lesson:
circle, square, triangle, rectangle. （ ask some students）
2 .ask some pairs to act the dialogue
3 .open the recorder and read after the tape aloud.
4 .复习巩固Show us how to…. , 让学生们做课文练习D,过后集体检查。
B、 Presentation:
1. Show them a piece of paper, and ask them :
What’s this?
As they learnt the word “newspaper”, they would answer :
It’s a paper. The teacher could correct their answer:
It’s a piece of paper.（用中文解释纸是不可数名词，不能直接用冠词a 而应用a piece of一张….） 用剪刀将纸剪出一个椭圆，放在实物投影仪上，让学生们学习 an oval, Read some times aloud.
2 .Use the same way teach other words:
a diamond, a star, a heart
3 .教师进行归纳：
It’s an Art lesson. I’m teaching you about shapes:
diamond, star, oval, circle, square, rectangle, triangle, heart. 把这句边说边写在黑板上，大声朗读。
（由于teach和us 这两个单词学生早已学过，因此在这里不作为重点讲解）然后提问学生：
What’re you doing?
让学生通过老师的归纳，自己回答：
We’re learning about shapes. We’re learning how to cut the shape
C、 Practice:
1.lay a game :
sing a song（ 由于课文中的歌谣与歌曲是一样的，所以学唱Twinkle, twinkle, little star 学生比较喜欢也有兴趣，同时也得到学习上的轻松。
）
2. Open the book and practice in pairs, let them do Part C, first let them do by themselves, latter chick
3.让学生们改编课文，并自由组合进行表演
D、 Homework:
1）把改编的课文抄写两遍
第三课时
教学目标：
1 能熟练的掌握对话内容
2能听懂会说会读日常用语：
But I don’t know how to …. Happy New Year!
Don’t forget to…. Draw …. first.
3能正确辨认字母Oo的读音

一张新年贺卡 录音机 一张家庭照片 实物投影仪 卡纸
教学过程：
A Free talk:
1 Open the recorder and do some listening practice in the workbook， first let them listen one or two times, then chick together.
2 ask some groups to act the dialogue of Unit Nine
B Presentation:
1 由于学生们事先已经预习过，老师只需做些指导就行了。
写些问题在小黑板上：
What are they doing?
How to make a New Year card?
2 Open the books and let them answer the questions.
Step 2 Presentation
Open the recorder and let the students repeat the words what they heard, the teacher write these them on the blackboard. Then ask them to find how to pronounce “Oo”in the words. Maybe they would answer the letter “Oo”here pronounced “[ ]”then the teacher could let them say out other words include the letter “Oo”and pronounced “[ ]”.
Step 3 Sing a song
“Twinkle, Twinkle, little star”
Step 4 Presentation
A向学生出示一张新年贺卡，并且问他们“What’s this ?
”学生们会回答：
“It’s a card. ”老师可以指着卡片上的“新年”字样说：
“Good, it’s a card. It’s a New Year card.”这样学生很容易理解词组a New Year card，然后老师继续说并拿出家庭照片：
“Today, I want to make a New Year card for my grandfather and grandmother.” “Today, I want to make a New Year card for my grandfather and grandmother.”重复几遍，学生更很容易理解之间的含义并写在黑上。
grandfather grandpa grandmother grandma
并让学生自己总结出grandfather and grandmother在口语中称grandpa and grandma，而且可以用一个单词概况两个人grandparents。
B老师让学生拿出事先准备好的卡纸，并且说：
“Let me show you how to do it .”老师发布口令让学生用彩笔在卡之上画“Draw some trees and flowers first .
Then draw some stars second. Then write ‘Happy New Year!
’”
随意取出一位同学做的贺卡投影仪下问学生是否好，缺了什么？
可能学生会说缺了抬头（一旦学生回答不出，老师可以指出）此时教师边说边写“Don’t forget to write ‘Dear Grandma and grandpa’”并带领学生大声朗读。

Step5 Practice
A. Play the recorder, let them listen to the whole text once. Then open the books and read the text aloud.
B. Let them practice in pairs, one is A, one is B, D Latter chick
C. 给出一些小道具并在投影仪上给一些关键句让学生们尽力表演。

教学内容：
E．Readandact
教学目标：
1．能较熟练地在情景中运用本单元所学的句型和日常交际用语。
2．通过练习训练学生运用所学英语知识做简单的调查统计。
教学过程：
STEP1、Preparefortheclass.
1.Sayarhyme:
Alittlebook.
2.Freetalk.（不必拘于师生问答，可放手让学生自由进行会话交谈）
STEP2、Readandact.
1.师在黑板上写一：
九月十日Teachers’Day,让学生了解教师节的英语表达方法。
师引导学生学会说HappyTeachers’Day!
句型拓展，如：
Mothers’sDayFathers’Day.
2.出示图画，学生边听边看图，了解对话的意思。
3.学生跟读对话。
4.表演对话。
先由师生示范，再由学生与学生之间表演。
5.扩充对话。
在学生熟练掌握所学内容的基础上，让他们用ThiscardisforMissGao.Allright.来扩充对话。
STEP3、Funhouse.
1.Lookandread.
出示连环画，让学生把书上的内容仔细观察，反复朗读，了解故事内容。
学生听录音，了解图画内容。
学生跟读录音。
学生反复读对话，自己消化图、文内容，感受到其中的幽默内涵可。
2．Workingroups.
课前把学生分成八个小组，依照课本中的表格设计八张，分发给八个小组的学生。
师到其中一组进行调查示范。
同学之间利用What’sinyourpencil-box?
Howmany?
相互问答，并逐个记录结果。
没有的物品用0表示。
组长汇报调查结果。
回答Howmanystudentshavegotpens?
Whoarethey?
等问题。
全班调查。
选派一名学生作全班调查，汇总全班情况。
STEP4、Assignhomework.
1.抄写本单元所学的单词和句型并能默写。

教学过程
一、Freetalk.
1.Greetings.

2.Onduty.值日生利用学过语言知识进行交际操练，练说要尽量广。
３．Review.利用图片，指名说出，引起学生思考。
通过游戏“Touchandguess”复习3A中学过的动物单词，并把其放入新授单词，在复习中学习新知。
二、Presentationandpractice.
1.Learnthenewwords:
acat,atiger,akoala,alion,arabbit.
1出示卡片Touchandguess引出上面四个单词，逐一诵读，并对acat,atiger进行拼写指导。
2用Thisis…/That’s…练说。
教师将动物玩具放于教室中的不同位置，靠近的用Thisis…远的用That’s…指导学生用Thisis…/That’s….进行练说，巩固单词的同时复习this和that.
2. Learnthenewsentences.
1师利用玩具在讲台前布置一个玩具柜台，师用拇指指着头饰，向学生引出对话：
What’sthis?
/It’sakoala.Howlovely.并指导学生进行操练。
（注：
教师也可以利用图片在黑板上布置玩具柜台）。
此处先引导学生用学过的It’snice/pretty/smart等句子进行赞美，然后再引出句子Howlovely.
2指名一生到板前，师指着背朝自己的小兔，并扮演老虎发问：
通过师生间对话引出第二组、第三组对话：
What’sthat?

教学过程
一、Warmup.
1. Singasong.《Wearehappybees》
把本单元歌曲放两遍，让学生听感受，帮助他们加深对所学内容的印象。
2．Onduty.（仍采用连锁问答形式）值日生汇报，尽量用上本单元的内容，检查结果。
3．Freetalk.
师生间，学生间展开对话练习，综合以前所学较全面进行练说。
4．Review.
（1） 指名拼写单词acat,atiger.
（2） Who’smissing?
采用抽取卡片形式进行操练。
复习动物类单词。
二、Presentationandpractice.
1. 介绍单词adog,apanda,abear.
（1） 播放狗的叫声，让生猜：
What’sthis?
出示图片，adog.引导学生拼读:
dog,d-o-g,dog.单词拼读时要顺带帮助学生进行字母的认读复习。
（2） 采用半遮住图片方式教学单词panda,bear,并要求学生拼读:
panda,p-a-n-d-a,panda.
2. 介绍句型：
That’sanice…/Yes,The…isnice/CanIhavealook?
/I’dlike…Hereyouare/Ilikemy/your…
（1） 教师利用图片在黑板上布置玩具柜台，指名一生到板前扮演售货员。
（2） 介绍句型That’sanice…/CanIhavealook及其答语。
师扮David与售货员会话，引出句型That’sanicemonkey,CanIhavealook?

师引读，并采用Partwork,Groupwork.Pairwork进行充分练说。
练说不必拘于课本，应引导学生充分利用手中动物玩具拓展说话。
（3） 介绍5，6两幅图句型。
师扮David买玩具：

师引导学生利用手中玩具进行购物练说：
