4.Laugh.
Scientiststellusthatlaughterisgoodforourhealth;thatitreleasesendorphinsandotherpositivelypowerfulchemicalsintooursystem.Wedon’treallyneedscientiststotellusthatitfeelsgoodtolaugh.Laughinghelpsusreducestressandbreakoldpatternstoo.Solaughtercanbelikea“quick-charge”forourbrain’sbatteries.Laughmore,andlaughharder.
5.Beafishhead.
