Manycandidatesbelievethattheirclotheswillhaveanimpactontheirscore.Thisisuntrue.Wearclothesthatyoufeelcomfortablein.Theexaminers(andyouscore)willnotbeinfluencedbyyourappearance,butyouwillperformbetterifyoufeelthatyouaretidyandreasonabledressed.

Waitoutsidetheexaminationroomuntiltheexaminerinvitesyouin.Ifyouentertheroomunasked,youmaydisturbtheexaminer(whichislikelytoputhim/herinabadmood!

Part1timing
Inpart1,theexaminerwillaskyouabout3topicsforatotalof4–5minutes.Thatmeansanaverageof90secondspertopic.Theexaminerwilltrytoaskyou3–4questionspertopic,soyouraverageanswershouldbe20–30secondslong.Ofcourse,youwillprobablygive1–2longeranswersand1–2shorterones,whichisfine.Justmakesurethatyouraverageansweris20–30secondslong.Iftheexaminerfeelsthatyouransweristoolong,he/shemaystopyou.Thisisnotaproblemunlessyouhavebeenrepeatingyourselfornotansweringthequestion.
