二、内容摘要

听、说、读、写是人们通过语言进行交际的重要形式，是人类认识世界、获得知识、发展智力、交流情感的重要手段。

一般来说，听力是识别和理解别人说话的能力口语是言语的输出或释放过程。

阅读是一个复杂的心理和智力活动，是不断假设、证实、想象、推理的认知过程。

写作是一个复杂的、有目的活动，它包括构思阶段、转换阶段和执行阶段。

从语言的形式来看，听和说是口语，读和写是书面语。

从认知角度看，听和读是话语理解和信息输入能力，说和写是表达思想，是信息输出技能。

这四种技能在语言学习和交际中相辅相成、相互促进。

而我们应当如何提高这4项能力呢？

本文分别阐述了这4项的定义、它们之间的相互关系，以及提高它们的方法。

最后，关于听说读写能力提高的方法在本文中作者表达了自己的看法。
