ThemainpurposeisforstudentsfacedwithanewwayoflearningEnglish-theelectronicmedia,itscontributiontomulti-modaldiscoursearoundtheoryandpracticalapplicationtoclassroomteaching,educationandresearchinprintandelectronictext.Unworth(2001),thebasictheoreticalknowledgeofthemajortextbooks,teachersmusthavethevisionanddiscoursegrammar,computer-basedtextinschool,tosolvethesetworequirementsforelectronictextandimagesintheTeachingofLiteracyemergingformatrequirementsfortheteachingofmultimediainformationageprovidedforconvenience.

Ventola,Charles,andKaltenbacher(2004)“MultimodalDiscoursePerspectiveon"fortoday'smulti-modalresearchandtheorybuildinghasopenedupseveralstreets,withparticularemphasisonmulti-modaldiscoursetheoryandmethodologicalissues(modelevel,thepatternsymbolicresources,multi-modaldiscoursecorpusannotation).Inaddition,aseriesofmulti-modaldiscourseiswidelyappliedtovariousfieldssuchasmathematics,entertainment,education,museumdesign,medicine,andtranslation.

Halloran,(2004)editorofthe“multi-modaldiscourseanalysis,"thebookbringstogethercutting-edgeresearchgeneratedbythesymbolicmodeofcommunicationbetweentwoormoremulti-modaltextanddiscourse.Suchas:

language,dynamicandstaticvisualimages,architectureandthree-dimensionalobjects,electronicmedia.Themethodologicalframeworkofthecurrentsystemfunctionsusedtoanalyzethesignificanceofhowaseriesofcasestudies.

First,becausewecurrentlyknowverylittleaboutthemulti-modalsymbolscanexpressthemeaningoflanguage,thereisanurgentneedtostudyit.ThesecondisWiththeadventofthedigitalinformationage,multi-modal,suchas,image,visualtechnology,moreandmoretohighlightinthemoderneraofitsimportantpositioninmanycommunicationmodel,weneedmorelanguagetheorytoanalyzetheimageofthiscommunicationmode.

Internationalmulti-modaldiscourseanalysisstudyjustasthebudofthebud,theirresearchismovingintheinterdisciplinaryandthedevelopmentofamorescientificdirection.Relativetothelatestartofourmulti-modalstudyofdiscourse,theauthorinChinesejournalsonlinefirst"multi-modaldiscourse”forkeywordswithintherangeofcorejournalsfrom1999to2008duringtheyearsearch,foundatotalof12papers.Thisdiscourseanalysiscommunitystartsbeforetheofficialoftheacademicstudyofthemulti-modaldiscourse.

 

 

2.SignificanceofthePresentStudy

Withtheprogressofthetimesandtechnology,advertisingiseverywhereandpeoplewillencounteravarietyofmediatoconveyadvertising.AsSchrodersaid,"Advertisinghasbeenaccompaniedaroundus,wheneverweopenanewspaper,magazine,orturnontheTV,orinthesubwaystation,thebuildingwillbecoveredbytheads.Withthesocialandeconomicdevelopment,avarietyofprofitforthepurposeofcommercialadvertisingisfullofoureye.Therefore,thepresentstudieshavefocusedoncommercialadvertising.Duetoindustrializationandmassproductioncausedbyglobalwarming,soilerosion,airpollutionandaseriesofsocialproblems,publicserviceadvertisinginmodernsocietyhasplayedanincreasinglysignificantroleinthesocialissuesofcommonconcernbythepublic.Formostofthestudiesofthepublicserviceadsarestartingfromasociologicaloraestheticpointofview.Withthenetwork,whichistheemergen
