2CODESANDSTANDARDS应用标准和规范
Theequipmentshallbedesigned,manufactured,testedandsuppliedinaccordancewiththeaccepteddesignpractices,attachedand/orreferreddrawingsandapplicablesectionsofcodesandstandardslistedbelow,includinganysupplements,modifications,interpretationsoradditionsthereofbythePurchaser.Unlessotherwisespecified,alldocumentsreferredhereinshallbethelatestedition,revisionoramendmentineffectandshallformanintegralpartofthisrequisition.
本设备依照下述的标准和规范进行设计，生产，测试及供应，包含了购买方的任何补充，修改，或增加部分。

5DESIGN设计
5.1General常规
5.1.1Allelectricalequipmentandmaterialsusedshallbetropicalised.Allelectricalpanelsandenclosuresshallberodent,vermin,insectandfungus-proof.
所有电气设备和材料应该适用于热带气候，所有电气盘柜应当能防虫害，防菌蚀和触摸保护。
5.1.2Theinsulatinganddielectricmaterialsusedshallbenon-toxicandfreeofcompoundsthatarepersistentandhazardoustotheenvironmentsuchasPCBs,CFC,etc.
所选用的绝缘和电介质材料应当为无毒的并且不包含类似于印刷电路板，CFC等对环境有持续危害的成分。
5.1.3Allmaterialsandcomponentsusedshallbefreeofasbestosandothersthatareharmfultohumanhealth.
不能选用对人体有害的石棉等材料和组件。
5.1.4Materialsthatwillbecomeobsoleteinthenearfutureshallnotbesupplied.Allelectricalequipmentsuppliedandinstalledshallbenew,unusedandhaveprovendesign.
不能选用近期将淘汰的材料。
所有采用的电气设备应是全新且经过验证的。
5.1.5Allwiringsshallbeloopedatthededicatedterminalblockssoastofacilitateinterfaceconnectionswithincomingcable.
所有的接线都应连接到指定的端子排上以方便进线电缆的连接。
5.1.6Theequipmentanditsdesignshallbefullyprovenandtestedinanacceptablemanner.
设备的选取及设计应完全符合相关规定。
5.1.7Alltheequipmentdescribedinthisrequisitionisintendedforcontinuousoperationatthespecifiedratingsandunderthespecifiedambientconditions,for24hoursaday,365daysayear,unlessindicatedotherwise.
本说明书中提到的所有设备，都应能满足在本说明书的环境条件下，一年365天，一天24小时的连续工作，除非另外说明。
5.1.7StandarddesignsandmodelsfromtheVendor'
smanufacturingprogramarepreferred,providedtheymeettherequirementsofthisspecification,servetheintendedpurpose,andcanbeproventohaveatleast5yearsofsuccessfulserviceinthefield
厂家的标准产品应该作为首选，前提是这些产品能满足本书的要求，并能确保至少5年成功的现场服务。
5.2Controloflightingforoutdoorarea室外照明控制
5.2.1Lightingforoutdoorareashallbecompletedwithauto-offmanualselectorswitch,locatedatlightingpanelandautomaticallycontrolledbyphotocellatthemaindistributionpanelinsubstation/localstationandmanuallycontrolledinfield.
所有的室外照明都应采用自动-手动选择开关，其位于主/分变电室照明盘柜内，并由光电池自动控制开停，以及在现场手动控制。
5.2.2Controloflightinginsub-station/cablechambershallbemanuallyON/OFFbymeansof2-wayswitches.
辅助变电室及电缆室的照明应装设双路开关手动起停。
5.3OutdoorLightingConstruction室外照明
5.3.1Inprocessareasfluorescentlightshallnormallybeused.
工艺区域普遍使用荧光灯。
5.3.2Thelightingfixtureandenclosuresshallbecompatiblewithenvironmentareaclassification.
照明灯具及其护罩应能适用于所划分的区域。
5.3.3ThelightingfixtureslocatedinhazardousareashallbeexplosionprooftypeandtemperaturegroupshallbeT3.
应用于防爆区域的灯具要能防爆，其温度组别为T3。
5.3.4Fixturesandaccessoriesshallbecorrosionresistanttowithstandthecorrosiveandhighhumidityatmosphere.
灯具及其配件应能抗腐蚀及环境的高湿度。
5.3.5Allbolts,machinescrews,springwashers,washers,nutsandexposedaccessoriesshallbemadeofstainlesssteelmaterials.
所有的螺栓，螺帽，弹簧，垫圈和裸露的附件等材料要用不锈钢。
5.3.6Lightingfixturesusedfornarrowspacesuchastowerplatformshallbeprovidedwithareflectorforsuitablelightingefficiencycontrol.
应当给应用于狭窄地带如罐顶平台的灯具配备反射罩，以提高照明效率。
5.3.7Allthefluorescentlightfixturesshallbeinstalledwithelectronicballast,withhighpowerfactorofminimum0.85.
所有的荧光灯都应提供电子镇流器，保证最少0.85的功率因数。
5.3.8Housingandcoverforthefluorescentlightfixtureshallbeoffiberglassreinforcedpolyesterimpactresistantandself-extinguishingandpolycarbonateprotectivebowlofhighmechanicalresistanttype.
荧光灯具的外壳采用聚酯纤维制成，并能防撞击和阻燃。
5.3.9Theaveragelifespanoffluorescentlampshallnotbelessthan6000hours.
