All electrical panels and enclosures shall be rode

All electrical equipment supplied and installed shall be new, unused and have proven design.不能

17、1.7 All the equipment described in this requisition is intended for continuous operation at the specified ratings and under the specified ambient conditions, for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless indicated otherwise.本说明书中提到的所有设备，都应能满足在本说明书的环境条件下，一年365天，一天24小时的连续工作，除非另外说明。5.1.7 Standard designs

19、for outdoor area室外照明控制5.2.1 Lighting for outdoor area shall be completed with auto-off manual selector switch, located at lighting panel and automatically controlled by photocell at the main distribution panel in substation/local station and manually controlled in field.所有的室外照明都应采用自动-手动选择开关，其位于主/分变电
