Thestudyfoundthatthoseonlyspeakingwiththehealthexpertslostnearly6kilograms,butthoseusingafitnesstrackerlostonly3.5kilograms.JohnJakicic,theleadresearcher,questionedtheuseofelectronicdevicesforweightcontrolinplaceof“effectivebehavioralcounselingforphysicalactivityanddiet.”
