（1）原水池

原水池设置超声波液位计1台，原水池有效水深为5米，当原水池水深底于1.0米（可调）时，原水泵停止工作并报警。

（2）原水泵

原水泵共3台，运行方式为2用1备变频恒压控制，并按中间水箱液位工作，自清洗过滤器、活性炭过滤器、超滤装置按累计运行时间和轮流循环切换工作。

超滤水箱液位高度4米（可调），超滤装置停止运行，原水泵停止运行。

当超滤水箱液位低于2米时。

原水泵、自清洗过滤器、活性炭过滤器、超滤装置开始工作，原水泵变频恒压，运行压力为超滤进水压力0.20MPa（可调）。

原水泵互为备用，切换时间为累计运行12小时切换一次。

原水泵起运前必须先打开活性炭过滤器的进、出水阀门、自清洗过滤器、超滤装置的进、出水阀门。

（3）次氯酸钠贮罐及加药装置

次氯酸钠贮罐及加药装置配套计量泵共5台，其中3台（2用1备）为超滤装置运行时投加次氯酸钠溶液，计量泵互为备用，切换时间为累计运行12小时切换一次。

另外2台计量泵为UF装置药洗水泵EFM加氯反洗用，为2台计量泵同时运行，运行时间30分钟（可调），磁翻板液位计1台（配有4～20mA信号输出），溶液箱液位为低液位时，计量泵停止工作并报警。

（4）酸贮罐及加药装置

酸贮罐及加药装置配套计量泵共2台，2台计量泵同时运行，为为UF装置药洗水泵EFM加氯反洗用，运行时间30分钟（可调），磁翻板液位计1台（配有4～20mA信号输出），溶液箱液位为低液位时，计量泵停止工作并报警。

（4）碱贮罐及加药装置

碱贮罐及加药装置配套计量泵共5台，其中3台（2用1备）为反渗透装置运行时投加氢氧化钠溶液，计量泵互为备用，切换时间为累计运行12小时切换一次。

另外2台计量泵为UF装置药洗水泵CIP加碱反洗用，为2台计量泵同时运行，运行时间30分钟（可调），磁翻板液位计1台（配有4～20mA信号输出），溶液箱液位为低液位时，计量泵停止工作并报警。

（5）自清洗过滤器

自清洗过滤器共2台，运行方式为2台同时工作，自清洗过滤器自带程序运行，只需提供电源。

（6）板式热交换器

板式热交换器共1台，配套进热水电动调节阀1台，热交换器出水设置温度为20～250C，根据水温自动调节热水用量。

当热交换器出水温度大于300C时报警，连续5分钟水温超过300C反渗透装置停止运行。

正冲：

打开反洗上排阀、进水阀，然后开启进水泵。

在系统正式运行前对系统进行正冲，时间为60秒。

预冲洗结束后，首先关闭进水泵，再关闭反洗上排阀和进水阀。

再投入正常运行。

超滤装置进水为恒流、恒压。

超滤装置产水量根据设备出水电磁流量计的信号调整进水电动调节阀的开启度。

关闭时，首先关闭次氯酸钠计量泵，同时关闭进水泵，再关闭进水阀和浓水排放阀，最后关闭出水阀。

正常运行28～25分钟（可调）后进行普通反冲洗。

先关闭设备进水阀和出水阀，浓水排放阀后。

进入以下物理清洗程序。

反洗：

首先开启反洗上排阀和反洗进水阀，再开启反洗水泵（1用1备），然后开启进气阀。

反洗时间为60秒（可调）。

反洗结束后，先关闭进气阀，再关闭反冲洗泵，最后再关闭反洗进水阀。

正冲：

保持反洗上排阀打开状态，接着开启进水阀，然后开启原水泵。

正冲时间为45秒（可调）。

关闭时，首先关闭原水泵，再关闭反洗上排阀和进水阀，再投入到产水状态。
