12、活性炭过滤器、超滤装置开始工作，原水泵变频恒压，运行压力为超滤进水压力0.20MPa（可调）。原水泵互为备用，切换时间为累计运行12小时切换一次。原水泵起运前必须先打开活性炭过滤器的进、出水阀门、自清洗过滤器、超滤装置的进、出水阀门。（3）次氯酸钠贮罐及加药装置次氯酸钠贮罐及加药装置配套计量泵共5台，其中3台（2用1备）为超滤装置运行时投加次氯酸钠溶液，计量泵互为备用，切换时间为累计运行12小时切换一次。另外2台计量泵为UF装置药洗水泵EFM加氯反洗用，为2台计量泵同时运行，运行时间30分钟（可调），磁翻板液位计1台（配有420mA信号输出），溶液箱液位为低液位时，计量泵停止工作并报警。（4）

15、。在系统正式运行前对系统进行正冲，时间为60秒。预冲洗结束后，首先关闭进水泵，再关闭反洗上排阀和进水阀。再投入正常运行。正常运行产水开开开开备注开启时，首先开启出水阀和浓水排放阀，再开启进水阀，接着开启原水泵，同时开启次氯酸钠计量泵。超滤装置进水为恒流、恒压。超滤装置产水量根据设备出水电磁流量计的信号调整进水电动调节阀的开启度。关闭时，首先关闭次氯酸钠计量泵，同时关闭进水泵，再关闭进水阀和浓水排放阀，最后关闭出水阀。反/气洗开开开开正冲开开开备注正常运行2825分钟（可调）后进行普通反冲洗。先关闭设备进水阀和出水阀，浓水排放阀后。进入以下物理清洗程序。反洗：首先开启反洗上排阀和反洗进水阀，再开启反洗水泵（1用1备），然后开启进气阀。反洗时间为60秒（可调）。反洗结束后，先关闭进气阀，再关闭反冲洗泵，最后再关闭反洗进水阀。正冲：保持反洗上排阀打开状态，接着开启进水阀，然后开启原水泵。正冲时间为45秒（可调）。关闭时，首先关闭原水泵，再关闭反洗上排阀和进水阀，再投入到产水状态。EFM加氯药洗反/气洗开开开开排空1开开
