itiscalledasthetwenty-firstcenturywhirlwind.ItisdifferentfromIndustrialRevolutionTornadointheeighteenthcentury,Industrializationcampaigninthenineteenthcentury,andbattleforresourcesinthetwentiethcentury.Inthenewcenturyistheeraofknowledgeeconomy,informationtechnology,thedevelopmentofhigh-techrevolution,andthetalentpersonplaytheimportantrole,sothereformofeducation,trainingpersonnelhasbecomethefocusofcompetitioninthenewcentury.Inthewaveofeducationreform,basiceducationgotmoreattention;

mostcountriesfocusbasiceducationreformastheunprecedentedattention.

Basiceducationisnotonlyteachingtoread,butmoreimportantly,toenlightenthekidsinthehazynature;

alltheresultingisfromseedingandsprouting,whichisthecradleofthespiritofthebirthoftheworld,andfosterthemasterinthiskindofsoil.Basiceducationisbreedingfuturevastforestjustlikeabreedingnursery.Thequalityofbasiceducationhasadirectimpactonthecountry'

sideologiesaresurroundedbytestmodel,forlimitedtheircreativity.Today,Chinastillusesthebasisofexamination-orientededucation.Teachers,students,parents,socialstudiesaresubjecttotheexaminationofthecommand.Inordertotestandstudy,studentsworkalargenumberofexercisesoftheircourse,thebeginningofavarietyofexaminationstopicforstudentsfromprimaryschools.

Chinesesecondaryschoolstudentscangetalotofphysics,mathematicsonOlympicPrizeintheworld;

2.ThebasiceducationofUnitedStates:

TheUnitedStatesisapluralisticeconomyandahighlydevelopedcountry,educationoccupiesaveryimportantpositionintheUSsociallifeandeconomicdevelopmentcourse.Therefore,thefederalgovernmentattachesgreatimportancetoeducationreformanddevelopment,andtheestablishmentofamorecompletededucationmanagementsystemandthecorrespondingpoliciesandregulationssystem.Withthemaineducationlegislation,financialaidandothersupportmeasuresfortheimplementationofmacro-controleducation,specificallytherighttoeducationandmanagementbylocaleducationauthorities.Thefederalgovernmenthasalsobeenactivelypromotingthediversificationofthemode,encouragingenterprises,consortiums,socialorganizationsandreligiousfigures-investmentparticipatededucationschooling,andgivingthemsomesupportandprotectedpolicieswhoaretakinginterestingintheschooling.Forexample
