n 本指导手册的目的在于让相关人员熟悉MNS型400V开关柜的安装、维护保养过程及可能遇到的危险。
相关人员必须具备以下条件：
n TheManualintendstohelprelevantpersonneltounderstandinstallationandmaintenanceprocessofMNS400Vswitchcabinetandpossibledangers.Relevantpersonnelmustmeetfollowingconditions:

具有操作带电设备的资质；
Qualifiedforoperatingliveequipment;
接受过相关安全知识的培训。
Havingreceivedrelevantsafetyknowledgetrainings.
如果不遵循这些指导，则可能会导致严重的人员身体伤害甚至死亡，或者是设备的损坏。
Failuretodothisguidancewillcausepossibleseriouspersonalinjuriesandevendeath,orequipmentdamage.
不遵从本规定的结果对下列事件的发生，MNS型400V开关柜生产厂家将不承担任何责任:
MNS400Vswitchcabinetmanufacturerswillbearnoresponsibilityforfollowingviolations:
n 不遵守安全及操作规程的行为；
n Violationsagainstsafetyandoperationprocedures;
n 非专业人员进行不适当的维修；
n Impropermaintenancebynon-professionals;
n 任何不经意的运输损坏；
n Anycasualtransportdamage;
n 不正当的使用与操作；
n Improperuseandoperation；
n 未得到专业人员的授权下修改MNS型400V开关柜系统；
n ModificationofMNS400Vswitchcabinetsystemwithoutprofessionals’authorization;
1.2设备说明

MNS型低压开关柜适用于交流50Hz，额定工作电压380V的系统，用于发电厂、变配电所、石油化工、工矿企业、高层建筑、车站码头等动力、照明配电系统中作为电能的分配、保护和监控之用.

1.4技术术语和名词解释

1.外壳：
低压开关柜外部结构件，满足规定的防护要求，保护开关柜内元器件正常工作，防止人体触及开关柜内部导电部件和运动部件。
1.Enclosure:
asanexternalstructuralmemberoftheLVswitchcabinet,itcanmeetspecifiedprotectionrequirements,ensurenormaloperationofelementsandinstrumentsintheswitchcabinet,andpreventanycontactofhumanbodywithconductivepartsandmovingpartsintheswitchcabinet.
2.骨架：
低压开关柜的结构件，用以构建低压开关柜的基本框架结构。
2.Framework:
asastructuralmemberoftheLVswitchcabinet,itisusedtoformbasicframestructureoftheLVswitchcabinet.
3.隔板：
用于隔离低压开关柜内各个隔室。
3.Separationboard:
itisusedtoseparateeachcompartmentoftheLVswitchcabinet.
4.门：
低压开关柜上带铰链的覆板构件，门上可安装电力仪表和控制按钮。

5.隔室：
