根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》、《山东省劳动合同条例》，甲乙双方经平等协商同意，自愿签订本合同，共同遵守本合同所列条款。

一、劳动合同期限ContractPeriod
第一条本合同期限类型为固定期限合同。
（根据劳动法可签订固定期限合同，或无固定期限合同）

二、工作内容WorkContents
第二条乙方同意根据甲方工作需要，担任指定的岗位（工种）工作，以及其他由甲方指定的兼职工作和临时工作。
工作地点为：
GG市GG区GGGGG路1号。
PartyBiswillingtoworkasaccordingPartyA’srequirementsandotherpart-timeandtemporaryworkrequiredbyPartyA.Workplace:
No.1WildRoad,DevelopmentZone,Rizhao.
第三条乙方必须按照甲方的合法要求，按时完成规定的工作数量，达到规定的质量标准。
PartyBshouldfulfillalltheworkintimeandbyqualitystandardaccordingtoPartyA’slegalrequirements.
三、劳动保护、劳动条件、工作时间和休假WorkProtection,Condition,TimeandLeaves
第四条甲方安排乙方执行8小时/日工作制，甲方依法保证乙方的休息权利。
乙方在劳动合同履行期间依法享受法定节假日以及探亲假、婚丧假、产假、带薪年假等休假权利。
甲方安排乙方每日工作时间不超过8小时，每周工作5天，平均每周不超过40小时。
甲方保证乙方每周休息二天。
因特殊原因需要延长工作时间的，在保障乙方身体健康的条件下，甲乙双方友好协商执行，原则上每月不超过24小时。

PartyAarrangesPartyBtoworkmaGimum8hoursperdayand5dayseveryweek,andtheaverageworkhoursperweekshouldbenotmorethan40hours.PartyAgivesPartyB2daysvacationeveryweek.BecauseofspecialreasonsPartyBneedstoworkover-hoursonthebasisofnormalhealthcondition,afteragreementoftwoparties.Basicallyitshouldnotbemorethan24hourseverymonth.
第五条甲方安排乙方加班的，应安排乙方同等时间补休或依法支付加班工资；
加点的，甲方应付加点工资。
IfpartyArequirespartyBtodoovertimework,PartyAshouldgivetheequaltimeleaveinsomeothertimeorgiveovertimepaymentaccordingtolaw;
ifpartyBneedstoworkineGtensionhours,PartyAshouldpayfortheeGtensionhours.
第六条甲方为乙方提供必要的劳动条件和劳动工具，建立健全的生产工艺流程，制定操作规程、工作规范和劳动安全卫生制度及其标准。
PartyAshouldprovidethenecessaryworkconditionsandtools,buildupcompleteproductionprocessandmakeoperationregulations,rulesandsafetysystemandstandards.
第七条甲方负责对乙方进行政治思想、职业道德、业务技术、劳动安全卫生及有关规章制度的教育和培训。
PartyAshouldarrangetogivethenecessarytrainingforPartyBaboutpoliticalthoughts,professionalmorality,operationskillsandoperationsafetyandregulations.
四、劳动报酬Workpayment
第八条乙方应按照甲方的要求完成相应的工作，甲方应根据按劳分配、效率优先、兼顾公平的原则，按照国家规定和甲方依法制定的工资分配办法等规章制度按月以货币形式支付乙方的工资，每月7日前公司为员工支付上月工资（遇节假日则顺延）。
甲方支付乙方的试用期工资标准为：
元/月，试用期过后为元/月。
工资额度必须对第三者保密，甲乙双方都应严格遵守。
PartyBfulfillstheworkaccordingtotherequirementsofPartyA.PartyAshouldgivethepaymentincasheverymonthaccordingtonationallawandpartyA’ssalarypaymentregulationonthebasisofworking,efficiencyprioritywithdueconsiderationtofairness.Everymonthbefore7th,PartyAshouldpayPartyB’ssalaryoflastmonth（ifthereisholiday,thepaiddatewillbepostponed）.PartyB’sprobationsalaryisYuan/Month,afterprobationperiodsalaryisYuan/Month.Bothpartiesmustkeepthesalaryasaconfidentialmattertothirdparty.
第九条由于甲方生产任务不足，使乙方待岗的，甲方保证乙方的月生活费不低于日照市最低生活保障。
IfPartyAdoesn’thaveenoughworktaskandPartyBhavenoworktodo,PartyAshouldgivesPartyBthelivingallowancewhichshouldnotbelessthanRizhaoMinimumlivingguarantee.
五、保险福利待遇Insuranceandwelfare
第十条甲乙双方应按国家和山东省社会保险的有关规定交纳职工养老、失业和大病医疗统筹及其他社会保险费用。
乙方应缴纳的部分按照法律法规应有甲方代扣代缴的，由甲方从乙方工资中代为扣缴。
甲方应为乙方填写《职工养老保险手册》。
双方解除、终止劳动合同后，《职工养老保险手册》按有关规定转移。
PartyAandPartyBshouldpayendowmentinsurance,unemploymentinsuranceandseriousillnessinsuranceandothersocialinsuranceasnationalandprovinceregulationsaboutinsurance.ThePartwhichshouldbepaidbyPartyBshouldbewithheldfromsalarybyPartyA.
PartyAshouldfillinEmployeeEndowmentInsuranceHandbookforPartyB.Aftertheterminationofthecontract,EmployeeEndowmentInsuranceHandbookshouldbehandedoveraccordingtorelevantregulations.
第十一条乙方患病或非因工负伤，其工资按照国家已经制定相关规定执行。
IfPartyBgetsillorgetshurtnotbecauseofwork,thenhis/hersalaryshouldbecalculatedaccordingtorelevantnationalregulations.
第十二条乙方患职业病或因工负伤的工资和医疗保险待遇按照国家和山东省有关规定执行。
IfPartyBgetsoccupationaldiseaseorgetshurtbecauseofwork,hissalaryandmedicalinsuranceshouldbecalculatedasrelevantnationalandprovinceregulations.
六、劳动纪律WorkDisciplines
第十三条乙方应遵守甲方依法制定的规章制度，严格遵守劳动安全卫生、生产工艺、操作规程和工作规范，以及《劳动合同附件及职工保密协议书》，爱护甲方的财产，遵守职业道德；
积极参加甲方组织的培训，提高思想觉悟和职业技能。
PartyBshouldfollowPartyA’sdisciplinesandrules,followingclosetothelineofoperationsafetyrequirements,process,operationrulesandregulations,AppendiGtoLaborContractandEmployeeSecret-KeepingAgreement.PartyBshouldprotectcompany’sproperty,followprofessionalmorality;
PartyBshouldbeactivetoattendthetrainingorganizedbyPartyAtoincreaseprofessionalskills.
第十四条乙方违反劳动纪律，甲方可依据本单位规章制度，给予纪律处分，直至解除本合同。
