（一）、教学目标
1、知识与能力目标
（1）、语言知识目标：
通过学习是学生掌握并能熟练运用四会三会词语、句型，并对可数名词和不可数名词的进一步学习与区分。

（2）、语言技能目标：
能运用所学词汇、句型点餐，能在真实情景中熟练运用。

采用兴趣性教学策略,让学生积极参与。
顺理成章进入到下一环节，没有突兀感，在复习旧知（食品名称）的同时初步感知新知。
承上以游戏（开火车）的形式练习新句型，注意老师领问第一个学生，第一个学生回答再问第二个学生并由此向后……，启下引出本课的新单词，并在黑板上按可数名词、不可数名词、可数和不可数名词分类。
“尽量让学生用完整的英语句子来回答问题”。
在听力练习前做一些猜测，激发学生的探索欲望.
任务型听力活动目的是让学生在听音时抓住关键词，培养学生边听边做笔记的学习策略。
《英语课程标准》强调在语言学习过程中，要提高学生的跨文化意识。
此处将教材上的pairwork做了些改动，用图片上的饮料为对话的主题，及练习了目标语言知识，有拓展了材料思维，真正做到“在用中学，在学中用”一举两得。
这样的活动培养了学生的综合语言运用能力，也使学生在轻松活泼的气氛中学习和巩固知识。
同时也避免了小组表演时，其他同学无事可做的弊端。
目的是让学生能真正灵活运用所学内容，这是对所学知识更深层次的拓展和升华，在整体感知的基础上对重点内容进行深入探究操练进而升华，达到自由运用所学语言的目的并落实到书写上，突破由询问面条的种类到询问碗的大小，并由前面复习的内容引导学生回答，培养学生进行探究学习。
