   Thewide-rangingglobalstudyinvolved(涉及)morethanthreemillionpeoplewhoself-reportedontheirsleephabitsandcametoaneye-openingconclusion:

Theanswerisyes,accordingtoa2019studypublishedinCurrentBiology. Researchersdiscoveredthatevenifapersonsleepsmorethansevenhoursontheweekendsbutstillsleepslessthanthatonweeknights,theyareatriskofgainingweightanddevelopingsensitivitytoinsulin,whichcontrolsthelevelofsugarinblood.
