摘要　基于现场调研数据，对10幢大型公共建筑的单位面积能耗、围护结构、空调系统及冷热源等进行了分析和评价，通过同类型建筑间能耗的比较，找出能耗差异的主要原因并提出了节能措施。

将10幢建筑的能耗与上海商业建筑数据库、美国商业建筑的相关能耗统计数据进行了对比分析，提出有效的节能措施。

既有建筑空调冷源蓄冷节能改造的经济优化

摘要　通过对我国既有建筑能耗现状及节能潜力的分析，提出在不改变既有建筑冷源原有冷水机组的前提下，将冷源改造成蓄冷空调系统，以缓解用电峰谷差大的问题。

建立了系统改造优化设计的数学模型以寻找改造后经济最优的蓄冷率。

并结合实例，应用模型找到了最佳改造方案，验证了系统改造的经济性及可行性。

摘要　阐述了基于温湿度独立控制的水蓄冷空调系统（CWS-ITHC）的工作原理、特点和设计方法。

案例分析结果表明，该系统除具备温湿度独立控制系统的优点外，还具有减小设备容量、节省系统初投资，蓄冷密度（温差）大、大幅度减小蓄冷槽体积，利用夜间低价电力蓄冷、大幅减少运行费用等特点。
