钢筋砼组合式化粪池说安装施工标准方案

一、工程概况

本工程位西安市长安区韦郭路与子午大道十字东北角，由1#～4#楼、地下车库组成。

1#～4#楼地上二十六层，地下一层，属框架剪力墙结构，建筑面积72818.01㎡。

车库地下一层，属框架结构，建筑面积2520㎡。

本工程最高日用水量为637m3／d，最小时用水量为83m3／d。

采用生活污水与雨水分流制管道系统，并分别排入西侧的市政雨污水管道。

厂区共设2座化粪池，化粪池按照过消防车设计。

WA化粪池型号为HZ1200，WB化粪池型号为HZ1400。

二、编制依据

室外施工图纸；

钢筋混凝土组合式化粪池行业标准；

根据甲方提供的相关资料；

各专业提供的设计图纸。

三、施工准备

1、复核基坑开挖坐标尺寸，严格按照化粪池生产厂家所提供基坑尺寸开挖基坑。

2、复核高程坐标，高差控制在±5cm。

3、安装前检查基槽内土质情况。

4、确认吊装场地，检查坑壁情况，确保做到安全施工。

5、由专业工长及安全员对操作班组进行交底。

四、施工顺序

灰土基础—混凝土垫层—放线—吊装化粪池—土方回填—防水施工—排污井砌筑—管道连接—检修进砌筑—土方回填

1、铺设30cm厚3:

7灰土，采用机械及人工配合分两次夯实。

基础四周外放20cm，压实系数为0.95。

2、根据根据信息产业部电子综合勘察研究院2009年提交的《智慧城5期智慧国际岩土工程勘察报告》在勘察深度70.00M范围内，场地主要由人工填土、黄土、古土壤、粉质粘土、中砂等构成。

地下水稳定水位埋深17.50～18.20M，标高416.09～417.94m，属潜水类型。

非自重湿陷黄土场地，地基湿陷等级按Ⅰ级考虑。

本场地无其他不良地质现象。

故对其槽低不做特殊处理，垫层采用素混凝土20cm厚，外放20cm。

3、根据组合式化粪池相关尺寸及按照说明弹出边线及控制线。

并及时组织甲方、监理方及安装班组进行复核，确认无误后妨可吊装。

4、使用25t吊车吊装组合式化粪池，吊装顺序为WA为由南向北、由低层向高层吊装。

吊装完底层时调整完毕后妨可吊装第二层，共分三层最后吊装井盖。

5、吊装完后及时回填周边基坑土方，回填顺序为由西向东回填。

应用打夯机配合人工分层夯实，压实系数为0.95。

遇到阴雨天要及时苫盖并做好排水设施。

6、自然条件为湿陷性黄土层，须做好夯实和砼基础外，更须做好防水施工。

以免长时间湿浸造成的不均匀沉降，给工程使用带来隐患。

故此将化粪池要求的四级防水，提升为一级防水。

达到蓄水池的防水要求标准，才能保证工程质量和长期使用效果。

具体方法如下：

1）管层之间采用防水阻隔带。

2）管与管之间接口处采用Φ300mm波纹管连接后，用韩国防水剂做防水砂浆抹实，连接口做完刚性防水后，可达到四级防水效果。

但考虑到地震和不均匀沉降等诸多因素会对刚性防水的损坏，故在此基础上再进行两遍柔性防水处理。

3）采用高分子SPC120防水材料，将各管缝连接处做成400mm宽防水带。

4）高分子柔性防水施工完毕后，为慎重期间，确保万无一失，在薄弱环节的各连接处再进行第二遍柔性防水处理，采用高分子益胶泥达到一级防水功效。

本厂生产的钢筋混凝土组合式化粪池，系我国第三代化粪池。

优越于砖砌、现场浇注，其卫生环保净化效果好，特别适合施工现场作业面窄的施工，安装后即可回填，不影响下道工序施工，提高工程施工进度。

还可以大大降低施工费用，因此建议贵方领导采用本品化粪池，特作出如下施工方案，供贵方参考以便决策。

以甲方设计部门确定为主，按双方合同规定执行

四、安装施工方法：

1、本预制钢筋混凝土化粪池设定为立方米，由组节组成，达到有效容积。

2、组合安装：

3、根据陕西省建筑工程标准要求，遇湿陷性黄土，槽底依土质铺设150-200mm厚C20砼垫层，（根据槽底土质疏密及沉降情况，确定垫层内是否铺设单层双向Φ12的加强筋），下方铺设300mm厚3:

7灰土夯实，当有地下水时，垫层下铺设200mm厚的碎石，基础保证在同一水平面上，基础四周外延200mm宽，压实系数为0.95。

4、层高设定：

根据设定出水口平面深2.45米基础面。

五、安装连接施工方法：

每组与组串联，连接采用Φ300mm波纹管进行连接。

六、防水施工：

自然条件为湿陷性黄土层，须做好夯实和砼基础外，更须做好防水施工。

以免长时间湿浸造成的不均匀沉降，给工程使用带来隐患。

故此将化粪池要求的四级防水，提升为一级防水。

七、工程保障：

经本市共方案施工的化粪池，可达到环保净化效果，优于砖砌和现场浇筑的第一代、第二代化粪池的功效。

并保证达到一级防水效果，保证不漏、不渗，即使有一定的不均匀沉降，还可以保证防水功效。

八、文明安全施工：

保证文明安全施工，施工现场管理有序，配有专业安装施工人员和安检现场负责人，起重吊臂下，严禁站人，避免人身伤亡事故。

九、验收标准：

经施工安装完毕后，做闭水试验，按省建委验收标准执行。

闭水24小时，下降不大于10mm沉降面。

上述施工方案当否，请贵方斧正。
