1、钢筋砼组合式化粪池说安装施工标准方案一、 工程概况本工程位西安市长安区韦郭路与子午大道十字东北角，由1#4#楼、地下车库组成。1#4#楼地上二十六层，地下一层，属框架剪力墙结构，建筑面积72818.01。车库地下一层，属框架结构，建筑面积2520。 本工程最高日用水量为637m3d，最小时用水量为83m3d。采用生活污水与雨水分流制管道系统，并分别排入西侧的市政雨污水管道。厂区共设2座化粪池，化粪池按照过消防车设计。WA化粪池型号为HZ1200，WB化粪池型号为HZ1400。二、 编制依据室外施工图纸；钢筋混凝土组合式化粪池行业标准；根据甲方提供的相关资料；各专业提供的设计图纸。三、施工准备1

2、、复核基坑开挖坐标尺寸，严格按照化粪池生产厂家所提供基坑尺寸开挖基坑。2、复核高程坐标，高差控制在5cm。3、安装前检查基槽内土质情况。4、确认吊装场地，检查坑壁情况，确保做到安全施工。5、由专业工长及安全员对操作班组进行交底。四、施工顺序灰土基础混凝土垫层放线吊装化粪池土方回填防水施工排污井砌筑管道连接检修进砌筑土方回填1、铺设30cm厚3:7灰土，采用机械及人工配合分两次夯实。基础四周外放20cm，压实系数为0.95。2、根据根据信息产业部电子综合勘察研究院2009年提交的智慧城 5期智慧国际岩土工程勘察报告在勘察深度70.00M范围内，场地主要由人工填土、黄土、古土壤、粉质粘土、中砂等构

4、及时苫盖并做好排水设施。6、自然条件为湿陷性黄土层，须做好夯实和砼基础外，更须做好防水施工。以免长时间湿浸造成的不均匀沉降，给工程使用带来隐患。故此将化粪池要求的四级防水，提升为一级防水。达到蓄水池的防水要求标准，才能保证工程质量和长期使用效果。具体方法如下： 1）管层之间采用防水阻隔带。 2）管与管之间接口处采用300mm波纹管连接后，用韩国防水剂做防水砂浆抹实，连接口做完刚性防水后，可达到四级防水效果。但考虑到地震和不均匀沉降等诸多因素会对刚性防水的损坏，故在此基础上再进行两遍柔性防水处理。3）采用高分子SPC120防水材料，将各管缝连接处做成400mm宽防水带。4）高分子柔性防水施工完毕

5、后，为慎重期间，确保万无一失，在薄弱环节的各连接处再进行第二遍柔性防水处理，采用高分子益胶泥达到一级防水功效。本厂生产的钢筋混凝土组合式化粪池，系我国第三代化粪池。优越于砖砌、现场浇注，其卫生环保净化效果好，特别适合施工现场作业面窄的施工，安装后即可回填，不影响下道工序施工，提高工程施工进度。还可以大大降低施工费用，因此建议贵方领导采用本品化粪池，特作出如下施工方案，供贵方参考以便决策。注：以甲方设计部门确定为主，按双方合同规定执行四、安装施工方法：1、本预制钢筋混凝土化粪池设定为 立方米，由 组节组成，达到有效容积。2、组合安装：（示意图附后）3、根据陕西省建筑工程标准要求，遇湿陷性黄土，槽
