花生脱壳机设计
摘要:
设计花生脱壳机,用来脱花生外壳的设备,适用于生产油炸花生米、花生糕点、花生糖、花生奶、花生蛋白粉、作为大型花生榨油厂榨油生产的榨前预处理。
要求脱壳率高(94%----98%),脱壳后的花生仁破碎率为2%----6%,表面不褐变,蛋白质不变性。
脱壳的同时,壳、仁自动分离,生产效率产量1200kg/h---1800kg/h。
设计内容及要求:
1、花生脱壳机总体设计,满足生产效率及质量要求;
2、设计并绘制脱壳机装配图A0一张
3、设计并绘制脱壳机装配图四张以上零件图 A2三张

摘要:
花生不仅是优质油料作物,而且是主要的蛋白资源,加工品类多,产业链条长,现已成为中国重要的出口创汇产品和农业结构调整重点发展和扶持的种植品种。
在消费结构和出口结构不断调整和优化的双重拉动下,花生生产得到长足发展,并逐渐向主产区相对集中,优势产业带基本形成。
但是中国花生生产机械化发展却严重滞后,特别是用工量占生产全过程1/3以上、作业成本占生产总成本50%以上的收获作业,目前主要依靠人工完成,劳动强度大、作业成本高、效率低、损失大、成本高已成为生产发展与产业成长的主要瓶颈,国内对花生机械化收获技术装备的需求日趋迫切。

Abstract:
Peanutsarenotonlyhigh-qualityoil-bearingcrops,andisthemainproteinresources,processingandbewilderingvarietyofindustrialchainlength,hasbecomeChina'simportantexportproductsandfocusonthedevelopmentofagriculturalstructureadjustmentandsupportthecultivationofvarieties.Intheconsumptionstructureandcontinuouslyadjustandoptimizetheexportstructureofthedoublepull,thepeanutproductionhasmaderapidprogress,andgraduallytotherelativeconcentrationofthemainproducingareas,dominantindustrialbeltshape.ButChina'speanutproductionhasseriouslylaggedbehindthedevelopmentofmechanization,especiallyinlaboraccountsforthewholeproductionprocess1/3oftheabove,operatingcostsaccountformorethan50%oftotalproductioncostofharvestingoperations,mainlyrelyonmanualcompletionofthecurrent,labor-intensive,operatingcostsarehigh,lowefficiency,lossoflarge,highcostofproductiondevelopmentandindustryhasbecomeamajorbottleneckinthegrowthofthedomesticpeanutmechanizedharvestingtechniquesandequipmentneedsoftheincreasinglyurgent.

1前言
花生中富含脂肪和蛋白质,既是主要的食用植物油来源,而且又可提供丰富的植物蛋白质。
利用花生在制取油脂、制取花生蛋白、生产花生仪器以及在花生贸易出口时,都需要对花生进行预处理加工。
花生的预处理主要包括花生的剥壳和分级、破碎、轧胚和蒸炒等。
花生脱壳机是将花生荚果去掉外壳而得到花生仁的场上作业机械。
由于花生本身的生理特点决定了花生脱壳不能与花生的田间收获一起进行联合作
