FORTHEDEGREEOFBACHELOROFSCIENCEINHOTEL&RESTAURANTMANAGEMENT/TOURISMMANAGEMENTBETWEEN
YUNNANUNIVERSITY（YNU）&NORTHERNARIZONAUNIVERSITY（NAU）
一、培养目标
此培养方案针对所有参与《1+2+1中美人才培养计划》学生设置，学生四年的学习情况分别为在云南大学读大学的第一年和最后一年的课程，在美国北亚利桑那大学读大学的第二年和第三年的课程。
学生在读期间，需满足中方大学160学分和美方大学的酒店餐馆管理专业的全部专业课程与学分要求，才能获得中方和美方的学位证书。
I.Objectives
Thisprogramisdesignedtosatisfythe1+2+1programthataparticipatingstudentwilltakethefirstandlastyears’coursesatYunnanuniversity（YNU）inChinaandtakethesecondandthirdyears’coursesatNorthernArizonaUniversity（NAU）.
ThefollowingplandemonstratesaprogramofstudythatastudentfromYNUenrollinginNAU’sHotel&RestaurantManagementmajor/degreeprogramundertheSino-American1-2-1DualDegreeprogramwillbeexpectedtopursueandcompleteallcurriculumandcreditrequirementsofNAU’sHotel&RestaurantManagementmajorasstipulatedinthefollowingplan（atotalof60NAUcredits）inordertoreceiveNAU’sB.S.inHotelandRestaurantManagement（HRMemphasis）degree,and160YNUcreditsinordertoreceiveYNU’sB.S.inTourismManagementdegree.
二、学位要求
参加“1+2+1中美人才培养计划”学生须是较为优秀的学生，并且在到达美国大学后的一年内托福考试成绩需达到525分以上。
参与此培养方案的学生在中方大学的第一年里需完成下列课程，并且成绩要求为相当于“C”的分数：
微观经济学
宏观经济学
高等数学
计算机科学
如果学生在第一年中未能完全修完以上课程，在第二年到美方大学后需补修该门课程。
参与此培养计划的学生可以免修北亚利桑那大学的通才课程，但必须满足北亚利桑那大学酒店与餐饮管理专业的全部专业课程和学分要求。
学生必须至少选修30学分的高年级（即课程编号为300或以上）之课程，并在各酒店餐馆管理学与商务管理学课程里保持平均成绩（GPA）为2.25以上。
II.DegreeRequirements
Studentsparticipatingandenrollinginthe“Sino-American1+2+1DualDegreeProgram”areexpectedtobeadvancedhigh-caliberstudents,andmustachieveorhaveachievedaTOEFLscoreofatleast525withinoneyearofstudyatNAU.
Thestudent’sfirstyearofstudyatYunnanUniversitypriortoenrollmentforcoursesatNAUmustincludethefollowingcoursescompletedsuccessfullywithagradenolowerthantheequivalentof“C”:
Microeconomics
Macroeconomics
HigherMathematics（forSciencesandSocialSciencesemphases）
BasicComputerScienceandApplications
Ifanyofthesecoursesarenotfulfilledinthefirstyearofstudypriortothestudent’sarrivalatNAU,thestudentwillhavetotakethecourseatNAU.
ThestudentisexemptedfromNAU’sLiberalStudiesrequirements,butmustcompleteallcurriculumandcreditrequirementsofthemajorinHotel&RestaurantManagement.Thestudentmustcompleteatleast30creditsofupperdivision（300-levelandabove）courses,andmustmaintainacumulative2.25gradepointaverage（GPA）inallhospitalityadministrationandbusinessauxiliarycourses.

1计算机科学ComputerScience
本课程主要介绍了计算机的基础知识，以及常用软件的使用。
其中包括常用操作系统Windows、办公自动化软件Microsoftword和Microsoftexcel、Internet技术基础以及一些其他常用软件的使用，还介绍了有关计算机安全的基本知识。
要求学生掌握计算机的基本工作原理，熟悉计算机的各个主要功能部件的作用，掌握常用操作系统（Windows）并熟练掌握常用软件的使用。
Thiscoursemainlyintroducestheelementaryknowledgeofcomputer,aswellastheuseofsoftware,includingtheuseofoperatingsystemofWindows,officeautomationsoftware,MicrosoftwordandMicrosoftexcel,Internettechnologyandsomeothersoftware.Alsohaveanintroductionofthecomputersecurityknowledge.Itrequiresthestudenttomasterthebasicworkingprincipleofthecomputer,getfamiliarwiththemainfunctionofeachpartofthecomputer,mastertheuseoftheoperatingsystemsoftware.
2微观经济学Micro-economics
本课程主要介绍微观经济学的形成、产品市场理论、要素市场理论和有关微观经济学的其他理论。
通过本课程的学习，使学生系统地掌握和理解微观经济学的基本原理，并能自觉地运用微观经济学的有关理论、方法，对现实经济问题和管理问题进行一定的科学认识和剖析。

本门课程介绍统计的基本知识和统计学在企业管理中的运用，其目的是探索数据的内在数量规律性。

本门课程的教学目的是通过该门课程的学习，使学生掌握统计工作主要环节的概念、原则和方法，并能运用这些原则、方法来解决实际问题。

5高等数学HigherMathematics
通过本课程的学习，使学生获得向量代数与空间解析几何、微积分的基本知识，必要的基础理论和常用的运算方法，并注意培养学生的运算能力和初步的抽象思维、逻辑推理及空间想象能力，从而使学生运用数学分析方法、解决实际问题的初步训练，为同学们学习本专业的后继课程奠定必要的数学基础。
