1、云南大学与美国北亚利桑那大学云南大学与美国北亚利桑那大学1+2+1 项目酒店餐馆管理专业教学计划（讨论稿） ACADEMIC PLAN FOR THE 1-2-1 PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FOR THE DEGREE OF BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN HOTEL & RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT/TOURISM MANAGEMENT BETWEENYUNNAN UNIVERSITY (YNU) & NORTHERN ARIZONA UNIVERSITY (NAU) 一、培养目标此培养方案针对所有参与1+2+1中美人才培养计划学生设置，学生四年的学

2、习情况分别为在云南大学读大学的第一年和最后一年的课程，在美国北亚利桑那大学读大学的第二年和第三年的课程。学生在读期间，需满足中方大学160学分和美方大学的酒店餐馆管理专业的全部专业课程与学分要求，才能获得中方和美方的学位证书。I. ObjectivesThis program is designed to satisfy the 1+2+1 program that a participating student will take the first and last years courses at Yunnan university （YNU） in China and take the

3、 second and third years courses at Northern Arizona University (NAU).The following plan demonstrates a program of study that a student from YNU enrolling in NAUs Hotel & Restaurant Management major/degree program under the Sino-American 1-2-1 Dual Degree program will be expected to pursue and comple

4、te all curriculum and credit requirements of NAUs Hotel & Restaurant Management major as stipulated in the following plan (a total of 60 NAU credits) in order to receive NAUs B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM emphasis) degree, and 160 YNU credits in order to receive YNUs B.S. in Tourism M

5、anagement degree.二、学位要求参加“1+2+1中美人才培养计划”学生须是较为优秀的学生，并且在到达美国大学后的一年内托福考试成绩需达到525分以上。参与此培养方案的学生在中方大学的第一年里需完成下列课程，并且成绩要求为相当于“C”的分数：微观经济学宏观经济学高等数学计算机科学如果学生在第一年中未能完全修完以上课程，在第二年到美方大学后需补修该门课程。参与此培养计划的学生可以免修北亚利桑那大学的通才课程，但必须满足北亚利桑那大学酒店与餐饮管理专业的全部专业课程和学分要求。学生必须至少选修30学分的高年级（即课程编号为300或以上）之课程，并在各酒店餐馆管理学与商务管理学课程里保持

6、平均成绩(GPA)为2.25以上。II. Degree Requirements Students participating and enrolling in the “Sino-American 1+2+1 Dual Degree Program” are expected to be advanced high-caliber students, and must achieve or have achieved a TOEFL score of at least 525 within one year of study at NAU.The students first year of

7、 study at Yunnan University prior to enrollment for courses at NAU must include the following courses completed successfully with a grade no lower than the equivalent of “C”: Microeconomics Macroeconomics Higher Mathematics (for Sciences and Social Sciences emphases) Basic Computer Science and Appli

8、cationsIf any of these courses are not fulfilled in the first year of study prior to the students arrival at NAU, the student will have to take the course at NAU.The student is exempted from NAUs Liberal Studies requirements, but must complete all curriculum and credit requirements of the major in H

9、otel & Restaurant Management.
